Terrible service. The system told us that we could wait 30 - 60 minutes on a “waiting list” to be attended to, after two hours they told us that we have to make an appointment because the “Bosses” say that they are not working with a “Waiting List”. ”. My question is, why do they have the “Waiting List” modality in the system and do not notify that they work purely by appointment? It is a lack of respect and a mockery with patients, they are not clear from the beginning and they waste your time. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Yesterday went in because my doctors lab couldn’t get blood as I have a condition that causes issues. This was a quick wait and then I went back, the lady who handled me was amazing, friendly, and quick. I didn’t even realize she poked me.
She was so friendly , we talked while she completed my vials, and then we hugged after. I left in tears because sometimes you never know when someone needs a hug. Thank you for being amazing ma’am and I hope you see this.

If you make your appt on their app or website, you will get fasting reminders and an easy check in prompt from Quest. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appt time. The facility is clean and the technicians at the facility on Lakeland Hills Rd have always been proficient.

The tech Maria took my blood and was very good. She was quick and almost pain free in here job. My wife has used her and very happy with her service provided.

In 23 years living in Fl and this is the first lab that I visited that requires appointments just only to drop a sample. When I went to drop my sample, a Tec with a kind of attitude didn't take my sample and told me that I have to sign in and wait to be called. Ok after I signed in, I waited 40 minutes and asked to another Tec, why I have to wait so long If I am bringing only a sample? With another attitude, she said that this is a process and I have to wait, because there are other people waiting. I argued with her because I didn't go there to make a blood test like the other people, and there is no reason that I have to wait more than 40 minutes and counting for them to accept my sample. She said if I drop the sample she will put it into the trash. I felt insulted and droped my sample inside their office and walked away. She said that I dont come back there anymore and I said I will not. Excuse me, but you guys have to do something to improve your service and also the change of attitude to treat customers because our time is important too. Hopefully, there are better labs to go.

My doctor had ordered 3 tests, the only one done was one that was not even on the order. So I have to get blood drawn again.

Very utopian
The check-in room was very utopian in that there was noone to talk with only a computer and two locked doors .
Other than that distasteful feeling.
I was seen quickly and professionally. I can only hope I won't be charged a ton of money because I couldn't talk to anyone about the amount of the vist.

Maria drew my blood at 7am and she was amazing!! I barely felt anything and by the time I looked down she was on the last tube. I highly recommend her!

I think it's ridiculous, I show up right at open and I'm being told theres no point were not worrying about walk ins today so you can make an appointment and leave or you can waste your time we probably won't see you. I just got out of the hospital last night and scheduled for surgery.time is important. I should be denied because they don't feel like worrying about us
