This is such a cute store with an amazing variety of products, treats, and toys. This was our first time in the store and Tina was so welcoming to us and our pups. Our pups got to try all of her homemade treats and they devoured each one! They even have a birthday photo setup! Just a lovely local store with incredible service. We will definitely be back!

Tina made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in. She made the perfect gender reveal cakes for my sister’s dogs. Would go back just to hangout with her! The best place to get anything for your fur babies.

I came in for a cake for my dogs 4th birthday and the woman working (not sure if she’s the owner) was the sweetest! Clearly can tell she works hard and cares for animals. Even gifted treats for him!! I will be returning.

Pupcake Cafe is a must go for all your pets needs and wants! The owner, Tina, is soo knowledgeable about animals! I explained my dog's situation and she gave me such good advice. I bought 4 items and she gave me 4 freebies! I loved it so much, that I went back a couple days later for more. Thank you Tina! I will definitely be back!!

Honey was a little nervous coming in for her 5th birthday, but she was greeted with a pup cup, offered a dried duck heart treat (that she enjoyed a lot!), given full permission to sniff as much as she wanted, and pick out a few toys/treats on her own. She started with her tail tucked and left with it upright and wagging!!Thank you for your generosity and friendliness!! Honey will make sure we come back again!

We took our dog here for her fifth birthday. Honey was greeted with a pup cup, a duck heart, and some cookies on the house! We got her a few reasonably-priced toys, too! Would go here any day over a big box store!

I hate going to the store to buy things when I can order online, but Tina and everyone at Pupcake are so friendly and go out of their way to get the things I need that I buy everything here I can. Great selection of healthy treats and raw foods. Highly recommend!

I love this store the owner is the sweetest lady ever. I live in Auburndale and I would travel all the way to her store if I need anything. 10 out of 10 staff is amazing as well and very helpful.

I just want to share about my little pit stop to a pet boutique in Lakeland called Pupcake Cafe! The sweetest owner ever, Tina, greeted me as I came in and just browsed around. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing she truly was! She makes her own treats in store that every pup will LOVE and she even makes custom cakes for doggos as well! Tina’s customer service goes above and beyond and she will help with anything you need! I will most definitely be going back to visit and bringing Winnie Jean! I’m sure she will want to meet the lovely woman that provides her special snacks! Make sure you stop and visit this wonderful shop!

My experience was excellent! I have had my rescue for one year Bear(Bichon mix)picky eater!!! Tina educated me on exactly what he needed. She gave me several samples to try and bingo he loved one brand!I lost my last dog 1991. Dog food has changed. Thank you so much for your guidance!! You saved his life!

I don't have a dog. I have three cats and I love the selection for cats. The owners are amazing! My cat turned 15 today, I went in to get him a special treat and she made him a tiny cookie ? And he actually ate it ? Highly recommend stopping by!!
