My husband and I are not from the area, but we stopped in to pick up some Sumo oranges. There were several people in line, so we decided to pay at Customer Service. I placed the oranges on the counter, and an older woman with a bad spray tan and short blonde hair looked down at the oranges and asked us with a very snide attitude, "How can I help you?" I told her I'd like to pay for our item. She looked at the checkout lines, then looked back at us like 'how dare we pay at Customer Service rather than a checkout line?' She was obviously annoyed and inconvenienced that we bothered her to do her job.
We won't be back in the area anytime soon, but I'm glad that most other Publix employees uphold the family-friendly, helpful attitudes that the store was founded on.

Great fast shopping place. Always packed with customers. Quick grocery trip. Customer service will give you change for a 100$.

Publix is first and foremost the best store when it comes to customer service, quality and product availability. I honestly haven't shopped at any other store that fits me like Publix.

Good experience except most prices much higher than Aldi and Save a lot so I can't shop at Publix. Much too high prices now. Would have to choose between rent and food

Service is always great(Kaitlyn, Amy,Ron,Irwin, Michelle,Tracy,Jeremiah Ashley,and more) are always there to help. Know where everything is. Store always clean and shelves always stocked

clean as all Publix locations are. Not my best experience with customer service at a publix as staff weren't the most helpful. The lower ranked staff were phenomenal, management seemed to be uninvolved and uncaring with customers.

I wanted to thank asst.manager Cassandra and Kaitlin so much for helping me with a snafu with my healthy food card. They both went above and beyond with their assistance.
