We attended the Watchous Gereg wedding last night at the Magnolia Building in Lakeland. The event was gorgeous and memorable and special all topped by the outstanding food and catering by Publix at Lake Miriam Square. The food was delicious and the presentation done to perfection. Outstanding and beautiful cake as well! The staff was incredibly professional, fun, and kind. I highly recommend their service!

Deli counter is the worst one I've been to. Time and time again, it's under staffed while there are employees all over behind the counter that don't help.

Good customer service. Professional staff. I get all my vaccinations and prescriptions here now. Every time I tried to get something from CVS, the staff was nasty in attitude & appearance, extremely unprofessional and incompetent. So, I was very happy to switch everything to Publix Pharmacy when I discovered they are 1000% better than CVS in every way.

Very rude and dismissive associate. I came in 3 times for my dogs prescription but was told very rudely by 1 associate, her words I don't know what to tell you we don't have it call your vet. Finally the 3rd time the associate was smart enough to realize that Roxy Mapel was really Roxy Mapes. I know how to look on the bottle to see when it was filled. I know what to tell you but I'm to nice to say it here. I will never have my prescription filled here again.

I was informed by the cashier I had to may items for the express lane. I didn’t have a lot. They need to teach better customer service. Sunday Morning.

Cannot get through via phone to obtain information or help on a Prescription @ Lake Miriam, Lakeland, FL CVS. NO COMMUNICATIONS whatsoever available, no live pharmacist to speak to and hours on hold and still never get through. Even if its Urgent.

Carolyn and I been shopping at this publix since 1985. Prices may be little higher on some things but the friendly employees and store cleanness make up forbit. please stay private company and never go Publix. We have told our relatives about Publix and they all agree, " Shopping At Publix Is A Pleasure "

10/06/2021 time now 05:13PM I was just at the Lake Miriam Square store to pick up my birthday cupcakes, (today is my birthday) and do a little shopping. When I reached the baker I was informed that they were out of the Jumbo Cupcakes described in my offer letter. I said this okay may I get a substitution? I was told to ask the, Manager Chris.
