Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. This location is a nice enough location and offers a nivlce enough ambiance to do your food shopping. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

Had a prescription transferred from Walgreens to Publix and the incorrect med was ordered and now I am praying the right meds come today from the courrier.Update: The medication arrived I feel blessed!

Used to be very good and very efficient but no more, delivery service it's not working the way it used to be, for example I use trulicity in monthly basis anytime I call for a refill the pharmacist said that they don't know when they want to be ready with this because they has to order it, but in another pharmacy that I asked for this they not just have it but advise me that it was difficult to find lately so that I need to call 2 or 3 days in advance and they will have it on the day that I need it, so I call it yesterday and they will have it tomorrow that is two days in advance, I did the same with Publix at Southgate and they told me that I have to wait until the expiration date to call and then they will order it with means I'm going to be at least three or four days late off the day that I needed to take it, now I went Tuesday to ask for my pain prescription that I need in daily basis because of my osteoarthritis and they said that it will deliver the next day that was yesterday (Wednesday) they didn't come and I call them at 5 p.m. today because neither today a they after the day that it was supposed to be delivered the delivery person shows out, they came out with the lousy excuse that the delivery person car was broken, I do not believe it, because two weeks ago another prescription for my wife was not deliver on time so I requested early morning and they say that they have to receive a new order of many prescription the next day and this will be ready at 3 p.m., I went there at 2:45 and non so nice person say that they didn't I get the delivery they were expecting on that day, thereafter because it was another pain prescription for my wife lumbar pain I decided to change it to another of their locations at lake Miriam, somehow out of the blue the prescription was there and they gave it to me, no question about, that person was lying to me, so I believe they were doing today, this is very sad because used to be a very reliable place with very courteous and efficient pharmacists

This pharmacy has no sense of urgency and never can find your order. Every time I come here it’s the same thing we can’t find it please wait to the side. If they are short staffed that’s on Publix but looks like the techs do all the running around trying to help while the pharmacist just look at them running around. While I was there he told the girl to just look for it to make the other guest happy like he couldn’t have done the same while she was already running around. Out of all the pharmacy at publix I hate that this one is the closest.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK, DISABLED AND DEPENDING ON DELIVERY OF LIFE SAVING DRUGS!!! 1) they deliver 24 hours after your dr calls it in! So much for life saving or urgent chemo care. 2) If the driver calls in sick, too bad foe everyone in pain, or needing maintnance/life saving drugs!! 3) They don't even notify patients waiting the whole day for the delivery "after 3PM'!!!

Best pharmacy staff. Good RX helps significantly here, for out-of-pocket costs. The only pharmacy I’ve ever been to where multiple people had a friendly and caring disposition.

Very disappointed with this location which I shop at ( not anymore ) This morning 12/17/2022 at 11:00 am ET I went to pick up a western Union that was sent to me from Europe. The blonde girl that was working in the lotto area was everything but helpful . She had an attitude and when I told her the amount I was picking up the kept saying "no it's not the right amount ... I can't release the money" I showed her the receipt and still nothing she wasn't willing to help nor did put any effort in it. No reason to be rude since I was very kind to her. Publix please do a better job screening your employees, or do more trainings because you are better than Walmart. Went to the Publix Lake Miriam and things went smooth and I cashed it in ... like every single time that store has outstanding service

Consistently slow and underperforming. I have received liquid antibiotics that were not even mixed…was literally powder. Have made no apparent effort to offset the increased traffic from the oak ridge rebuild.
