Very sad to see a saltwater eel in a hamster ball. I asked if it could get out and they said no because it eats everything. So this eel lives its life in a hamster ball until he is purchased. The worker looked at me strange when I said how sad that was. What I thinknis sad is how desensitized people get to animal cruelty. I hope somebody buys him soon but then again they will just get
another one whos fate will be the same.

The store is well stocked and I used a coupon they sent to me. Purchased some cat food for a local cat rescue.

Very disappointed with the grooming service. First of all, the lady told me that I had to pick up Cooper no later than 4pm, no later than that. I was there at 3:45 and they delivered him to me 1 hour later. Everyone's time matters. Secondly: exactly when I arrived to pick him up, 5 minutes later they started to serve him to deliver it to me 20 minutes later. Of course, as you can imagine, it didn't turn out well. The hair wasn't evenly leveled, he still had a lot of hair. Btw, I returned him and asked her to please take the time to lower the hair in the face and ear area more. Super bad service. They didn't clean the hair off his paws, etc. Very disappointed with the service and how they take up your time.

We usually have a good experience here. I do wish they had the elevated beds we needed when we went.

I love this store location! The staff are all caring and knowledgeable about all the products, items, and animals in and out of the store. I am always greeted with a warm and friendly simile that makes you feel welcome and right at home. A must visit!

It's honestly horrible how u guys first of all sell snakes but ur vet doesn't treat snakes and also u guys are horrible with taking care of ur snakes they always have prolapses and sometimes even mites or other parasites I got one from there and they were feeding him huge mice which caused his prolapse it's so sad I suggest just buying any reptile elsewhere
