This was nothing short of a 6 Star experience!!! From the time I dropped in to see what the salon was all about on a Saturday until I left with a beautiful set of pink and white nails and truly happy feet!!! Tony, the salon owner, was so attentive to detail and he asked for me to check along each step of the process, to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the process!!! I was sent on to Rachael for my pedicure. What an amazing, enjoyable time that was!!! She was highly skilled and devoted to her profession!!! Again, being moved to Tony’s station, I was blessed to experience high quality and excellence. Completely satisfied!!!
Requested style: I chose a little longer pink and white acrylic squared nails - just what I’m comfortable with!!!
Specialties: They guarantee their work and aim for client satisfaction 100%
Cleanliness: Immaculate!!!
Stylist: Tony, the owner did an impeccable job on my nails but he has a qualified staff that draws in clients from other neighboring towns!!! Rachael was meticulous and gentle yet effective on my feet!!!

Terrible service. I came in with my mom for a special mother/daughter manicure date before I leave the country. She booked us both appointments at 1pm. They started her manicure right away, but I was left sitting there for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I ended up opting out of getting a manicure altogether because by the time someone came over to me to start my manicure my mom was nearly finished with hers. I was very disappointed with the lack of respect of me and my time. I spoke with the manager afterwards and although he half heartedly apologized he didn’t even stand up to say it or offer anything for all my wasted time. Horrible customer service.

I love this place. Great service, and fast even tho I walked in without an appointment. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to what you want specifically done. I had Tony do my nails and i absolutely loved him. Great conversation and he made sure I loved every aspect of my nails. 1000/10 recommend

I ve been going to this salon for a few years now and always make a appointment and get confirmation that my appointment has been accepted. I arrive early or right on time and everytime I have to wait at least 30-40 minutes. I understand sometimes appointments run over but EVERY SINGLE TIME! My time is counted for and I have even left work early to make sure I make my appointment on time. There's no consideration for your time. If you don't have all day to spend and wait your turn then don't bother!!

I've been 2 times to Perfect Nails Spa. I made an appointment both times but they accept walk in too. I was referred by a friend. The first time I had Mafer do my mani-pedi. She did an excellent job. I was going on a cruise and just didn't have time to do it myself. I just wanted gel. I got them done on 12/28. They really didn't start looking bad until a few day before my next appointment on 1/29. I asked for Mafer again. She does a fabulous job. There's only one thing, you have to be specific about what you want. If you want extras, tell them up front. They're not pushy. They do exactly what you request. And they do it perfectly.

UPDATE: Thank you so much ti Crystal for making this right. Crystal did an amazing job. I would definitely go back and use Crystal. Again. Thank you so very much.I went before Christmas and had an appointment but they were full. The owner asked Brandi to do my nails, she did a horrible job. She rushed so she could get done before her client showed up. She spent 10 minutes on a full set acrylic nails. If I go back I will NOT be using her. If I make an appointment I will definitely make an appointment with Kayla she did an absolutely amazing job on my friend. My friend was horrified at the amount of complaining my tech did.
