This place is really a nice place to live and it’s improving daily. Maintenance is very good and they will immediately jump on any maintenance issues. I believe there is now a courtesy office on site for after hour issues. The location of these apartments is great. Walking distance to Walmart, a few pubs, Merchant Walk Plaza also Kelly’s Recreation Center. They also have two swimming pools, but the greatest thing about living here is new management team. The manager is a wonderful person who will listen to any complaints and makes sure any issue is resolved with a smile. They have activities planned for the community and they communicate with everyone with texts about any activities. Sometimes food trucks are on site and the ice cream comes through almost daily. All my immediate neighbors are very friendly and all this makes this a good place to live.

I moved in a month ago and the fridge was full of food juice and smelled rotten… it was full of these bugs. For weeks we haven’t been able to eat cold fruits, veggies, or meats. The fridge is infested, I’ve asked twice to have it removed, and they just keep sending someone to vacuum the bugs out and call it done. The maintenance guy told me the he did go into the back of the freezer and vacuumed “a pound of flies” out of the fridge on his last visit. I’m at a loss. They are so nice here, and the guy keeps coming, but the fridge should have been removed when it looked like this weeks ago. I am a single mom with a toddler who should be eating balanced, home cooked meals without worrying about where to store it. :(

I’ve been living here for many years, anything that needs fixing, maintenance fixes it in a timely manner with no problem, and property manager is very friendly and courteous to my needs and understanding, Love the area it’s near shopping centers and quiet environment

I have been living for Peppertree for a year I have enjoy living here, I love how it’s close to stores and Walmart. I have not complains me and husband live comfortable.
