I've NEVER experienced a staff so rude in my life!!! I've paid over $3000 here,I follow the rules and still get harassed by the security guards! They are only respectful to CERTAIN people!!! THE STAFF SUCKS!!! ESPECIALLY THE SECURITY GUARDS!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I give them a negative 5 stars!!

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and I paid almost $800 for the 2 weeks. Not in the best condition everytime I stay here I end up getting very sick. Also can hardly breathe in there as well because it very stuffy. The sign in the front changes price alot. When you call for weekly price make sure when you get there you check the sign as well. The prices are different. Also don't leave your expensive or important stuff in room.

This place sucks the staff do nothing all day and when you ask them to sweep and mop your room they tell you it will take 24 to 72 hours to clean up the floors don’t spend your money here stay away

Paramount lakeside inn is current name...SHOULD BE HORRIBLE LAKESIDE INN. BED BUGS, ROACHES, FILTHY MATTRESSES, BROKEN FURNITURE, HAIR AND DIRT UNDER COVERS, MOLD IN SHOWER, should I keep going? I think you get the picture! Save yourself and find another place to stay. I don't see how this place is even open for business. What is the legal standard? Omg. This place will get you sick!
Response to the owner replying 8 years later... I see it took you 8 years to clean that dump up! It's the lowest priced and I know why. Don't come on here 8 years later trying to invalidate my review. This was the case when I checked in and WAS NOT given a chance to view the room. The place was filthy. Crying wolf...whatever dude. Any hotel that had armed security guards standing around is not a place you wanna stay. That should have told me enough tho. It was horrible. Instead you coming on here all this time trying to make me sound like a miserable customer, an apology would have been nice. How about sorry maam, that my place is not what I portrayed in to be online. Sorry ma'am that I am able to get over on people cause I can use the internet to make my dump look like something that it's not! And I'm glad I still have the pictures...do I need to post those as well, cause I can go on and on. You got some nerve dude!

I Must Say This Has Been More Than A Journey For Me&My Blessed Husband,Of All Reviews We Leavin Ours With Great CUSTOMER Service From Mr.Nate He Has Been Nothing But Tru Understandable But The Business He Always Exceeds All Expectations We Are Very.Pleased The Safety Here Is Nothing But Proctection They Made.Sure To There Best Of Experiences That No TYPE Of Encounter Happens Here Despite What Time Of Hour,Day,WEEK Etc. THE ROOM WE HAD WE WILL FOREVER REMEMBER,GREAT VIEWS AN MOST ATTRACTIONS ARE WALKIN DISTANT JUS GOTTA BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN CROSSIN OTHER THAN THAT IF ANYONE.EVER NEEDS A STABLE PLACE FOR TEMPORARY THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE IF YOU MIND YOUR BUSINESS AN FOLLOW THE PROTOCOLS AN ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS THEN YOU WILL HAVE NO ISSUE'S THEYNDO NOT BOTHER YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE BROKEN SOME RULES AN THEY ARE VERY STRICT WITH THAT......ALSO CLEAN UR OWN ROOM IT WILL STAY A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT IF YOU.WANT NO SERVICE AT ALL. I’m grateful to have been able to stay here while my kids and I were looking for a place. The room was clean, there was a little mold in the bathroom & a few roaches under the mini fridge that I did not make a huge deal about. The A/C was ice cold even though it leaked. I took very good care of the room and cleaned it VERY well at the time of checkout. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but it was very quiet and peaceful our entire stay. It is right in the middle of lakeland with plenty of food/store options. I took the towels and rags that I cleaned the ROOM with to be washed right before I checked out, yet they kept my WHOLE deposit because the sheets/towels/rags were “stained”? I think that’s reaching tbh if the place needs the money they should just say that. Im sure there are VERY FEW who put in the effort to keep the room as clean and in great condition so it was very distasteful to be treated how I was upon leaving. ??♀️ That is my only disappointment, overall I am still thankful to have ended up staying here in our time of need.
Nearby activities: There are a few playground a couple miles away (Dobbins Park, Rotary Park, Common Ground)
Food and drinks: Steak &Shake, McDonald’s, Arbys, Hibachi Buffet, Checkers, Salems, and many more options all on the same street.
Noteworthy details: •I was able to hook up our xbox to the tv
•there is actually no wifi from the hotel (i was told it only works in the lobby)
•the shower pressure was amazing in our room/got very hot

Your security is on a power trip. I overheard him yelling at some of your guests and immediately got in my car and went to Americas best inn down the street. I refuse to stay where customers and guests are being degraded.

Paramount is a solid place to stay for the money. Ive been here for 5 monthes and plan on staying another 5monthes.staff is great ,security is great. IM glad thet let me stay here.
