Came in to pick up a seal for my transmission and thanks to the expertise of the counter man I learned that I didn't need a seal because it didn't require one. Keep up the great work ?

My first time ever at an O Reilly’s and was not disappointed. Patrick went above and beyond for me when my car starter gave out in the parking lot. Reached out to someone he knows (Keith) who was mobile and could come replace the starter I purchased from them for a great price and even helped me to the ATM. Thank you Patrick and Brent!!! Made my day much more bearable haha

I had to stop in to pick up a quart of oil as my car was telling me she was a little thirsty (even though I am not due for an oil change for 5,000 more miles). Luckily this O'Reilly's was on the way to my destination. The store was very clean and pretty quiet (I guess not many folks shop for car needs at 8:30pm on a Friday night). The aisles were clearly marked and I had no problem locating what I needed. Price wise, they are right in line with their competitors. The staff got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and I was back on my way.

5 star service today! My car battery died the night before, went to a competitor first and was denied service… came here worried I would have to call the dealership for a new battery and install, NOPE… I was met with great customer service and efficient service! I will ONLY come to O’Reilly Auto Parts from here on out! Thank you Brent (or Bret.. so sorry) you saved my day!!!

Asked O'Reilly guy to check my Battery he said sure. I asked if he was sure he had a replacement battery he did and then says I don't have time to replace it 3 guys working 3 people in store. Advanced was happy to replace it for me.
