Refuses to answer the phones or return calls...likely due to their new partnership dragging them to poor practices.Canceled policy without so much as a courtesy call. This USED to be a reputable group. Definitely do not recommend.

I had a lot of issues. Example include: the quote not matching the final contract, policy was not applied on time, and they didn't return calls in a timely manner (or at all often times). I switched to another agent and I am much happier. Do not recommend.

Been with this group since 2012 or so and couldn’t be happier. First rate customer service.
