Was disappointed in the service from this shop. Placed an online order 3 days prior to needing flowers sent and received an order number and receipt for the order after completion. Delivery day came and went no flowers delivered. Called the next day to find out what happened and they said they never got the order so I asked if they would send the order if I placed it right then? even though their website says they deliver to Mulberry they said they wouldn't deliver to downtown Mulberry and that is probably why my order was not received but they would look into the problem. So my suggestion to any one ordering from Mrs D. Don't order online call and place your orders directly. And make sure they deliver to the area you need flowers. Lesson learned. Got a beautiful bouquet of roses from a different shop in Mulberry delivered same day.

I contacted this shop by phone and social media regarding the disappointing arrangement they sent to my Great Aunts funeral. The arrangement was thin, lacking flowers, lacking greenery and it poorly designed, especially for the amount of money spent. Regardless of calling the shop and messaging this shop, all they could say in reply was “it was made to order”.I have previous experience in the floral business and can tell you that this was not handled professionally, nor respectfully considering these flowers were sent in honor of my aunts passing. I would not recommend this shop in the future without a better resolution.

I have had several bouquets from friends and relatives delivered from this florist over the years and every one of them have been delivered carefully and been outstanding.A+ florist. Highly recommended

They were beautiful and I got so many compliments on how they were the prettiest arrangement anyone had seen at a wedding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me. I had mrs d arrange flowers for my wedding last weekend and she went above and beyond. She was able to accommodate the pricing I needed to make my vision happen and I got so many compliments. I was told these were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen at a wedding. Thank you so much for all you do Mrs. D. You were a pleasure to work with.

I ordered a hydragea arrangement for a family funeral. Ordered it to be delivered the day before, because this funeral was that important. Get to the funeral, no hydrangea arrangement. I call prior to the service and was told they are out of season and was subbed with an orchid, not even close to what I ordered. I asked why I wasn't called because I would have made another choice even if I had to pay more. I was told "No I didn't call you". No we're sorry, no trying to make right, just No. I told her I was not happy and will comment reflecting so. It still would be good business to at least reach out to me. They have my number on my order.

My husband sent me a bouquet for our 10 year wedding anniversayr from this company and they are by far the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received in my entire life! I am just blown away.... we have been faithful to another local florist for over 30 years... they just got replaced!

Placed order for am delivery. Received them at 12:20.Had reservations in Tampa to eat at 1pm. Keep calling to try to get up dated on arrival time no answer on phone just a recording. Say leave a message but mailbox full. Still have not heard back from them.

Very disappointed in the difference between what was delivered compared to what we ordered from Mrs D's website. The arrangement delivered was nowhere near as full and beautiful as represented in the websites photos. We most definitely didn't get what we paid for.

Beautiful, but they did not deliver to my dads celebration of life . My friends sent this beautiful arrangement to my family. Not sure who dropped the ball but I have a feeling it was not this florist. They would not be responsible for delivering 80 miles away . They arrived bright and early once it was discovered that I never got the flowers. All I can say is wow they look just like the photo of the order . Very pleased .~
