I was not happy with the call center giving me a time from 11-1 and it was 3:00 by the time they arrived. I had somewhere I had to be at 2:00 which I did not make it. Your employees are wonderful, the dynamic and structure of the company requires some adjustments.”

“I have used college hunks twice for moving heavy things around my home and then also for removal of a heavy sleeper sofa. They don’t lock you into a solid estimate because they charge you for the job when they get there. They give you a rough idea before the home visit. Both times the actual price was much less than I expected. Service was swift and excellent. I have used some other gentleman with a truck once before, and their estimates were actual quotes even if the work required a fraction of the time. They locked me in on a verbal persuasion/ misunderstanding on the phone. I was unfairly overcharged for 4 hrs labor when it took 1. College hunks will not do that. They will give an estimate on site and if you are not pleased there is no obligation. I love what they do, how they do it and am very pleased with the prices of both jobs. Highly recommend for help moving heavy furniture around or hauling off furniture.”
“Overall, I had a great experience. I moved from MA to FL. From the first phone call to the driver, everyone was very friendly. I also did not pay more than what I was quoted. They were very prompt with the delivery window and kept in good communication. My only suggestion would be the condition of the container. The one I received seemed to be a bit older and run down. However, my belongings arrived safely and dry. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them.”
