CVS headquarters complaint. Their website quoted a different price for store pickup than what I paid. I filed a complaint; Jeremy, 844-353-5604 x 1780991, called explaining how it's only an estimate and the website says that. We went online together and no such language was there! Jeremy at CVS corporate, I presume, did not offer the $9 price difference but would escalate this to the regional director for investigation. So?--I said "you won't refund the money but use me to figure out what you need to correct and now offer nothing? How about including me in the regional director's emails?" No, was the reply. Can she, the director call me?--no, was the reply. So you take info on how to improve, use the customer you pretend to CARE about, and offer nothing after you find out where your mistakes are. That is CVS, Folks, it lies to you and uses you. Oh, and when I showed this local store a screenshot of the online price, they refused to honor it!

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but I am doing this in the hope to bring attention to the dire need of this store! Prescriptions are never ready when promised, even days after promised date the prescriptions still usually aren't ready! The thing is, I don't think this is the fault of the employees. The pharmacy seems too understaffed. Phones are ringing nonstop, and the pickup line is always huge! I was a Walgreens customer up until about a year ago and never had an issue. Unfortunately, Walgreens is no longer in my insurance network. My experience at CVS has been so frustration. Please CVS, get this branch some extra help!

Call in refill and still not filled for 4 days. Am told when I go in that they are several days behind. Usually one person working and when there's two of more they spend more time chatting and complaining. Often have to let them know someone is waiting because they don't pay attention to the mirrors. Worst pharmacy ever. Will have doctor change over scripts to another pharmacy. This place is a joke.

It's happened again. Called in a prescription last night to be picked up at 11 am next day. Came by at 4 PM and it's not ready!! There is no reason for this poor service. I think I'll try Publix next time. Their price and service is better too.

My experience at this CVS varies a lot. The staff is so extreme with it being either SUPER friendly staff or very unfriendly staff. I appreciate that I get tons of coupons almost every time I make a purchase at CVS. However it is sad that CVS is so wasteful with paper at the same time. The pharmacy is overall typically on top of things. I personally would suggest going in on a weekday when they are less busy. There are two pharmacist in particular I recognize when I go in that are extremely friendly. CVS has a lot of overpriced items that I would personally rather just buy on AMAZON. However after major holidays a lot of their seasonal products go on sale, and are sold at an excellent price. I have gotten tons of cute items from this CVS such as a musical Mickey's 90th Birthday celebration Christmas decoration, Charlie Brown Christmas tree, etc. The location is great because Publix is only a few feet away. Sometimes I like to grab my groceries first then make a quick run into CVS.

There are a lot better and nicer CVS outlets in this town. I have generally found the other pharmacists to be interested and caring. The people at this store have been rude and uncaring. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I was upset when my insurance changed to CVS at the beginning of the year. But their service has been impeccable. I love the texts they send when a new Rx is ready as well as automatic renewal of ongoing meds. Once my doctor called in an Rx and I had a text that it was ready before I got to the parking lot. The CVS app is so easy to use to pick up my meds. I completely disagree with negative reviews.

That little stern-faced, orange-haired girl in the pharmacy is always, ALWAYS rude and never smiles, whereas everyone else is pleasant and accommodating. I called to have scripts canceled and she told me to call the 1800 number because she couldn't do it in the store. I have been using this pharmacy for years and I've never had to call this number but I did anyway thinking maybe it had something to do with the absorption of Winn-Dixie customers overwhelming their operations. When I called, the CSR I spoke to told me that the CVS store employees could in fact cancel scripts and apologized profusely for the little gremlin's behavior. Having managerial experience, I can tell you she has NO business dealing with people in a retail setting and should stick to charging tolls for crossing her bridge. Will be avoiding that place like the plague from now on.

I entered this CVS to look around at the random display of As Seen On TV type merchandise they typically sell and to purchase an AMP energy drink for the long day ahead of me. I was a bit displeased with the selection of items. Majority of the stores have a plethora of things to choose from, but this CVS was slacking in that category. They did not have the brand of energy drink that I wanted, so I just purchased a Red Bull and called it a day. Typical CVS, but nothing extraordinary to receive higher than a 3. The customer service was exceptional. The associate was friendly, energetic, and extremely polite. He is one of the reasons I would go back if I needed a quick item. The coupon machine linked to the CVS card is conveniently located in the front of the store.

The blond cashier up front has been rude several times and actually coughed in her hand then picked up my item the last time I was there!
