Called to see about renting a lift chair recliner at 10AM, and it was delivered within just a few short hours. Driver was prompt courteous and professional. Chair was exactly as requested. Would definitely recommend.

Drove for an hour to find the new chair i was interested in not only didn't have a battery which they said they would get, when we got to the price they wanted near on $1000 more than they quoted on the phone. I thought as they were quoting the same price as online it would be better to use a physical store. So word of warning don't bother driving to these jokers, just order online as I have just done.

We brought our scooter in for repair. The team was exceptionally professional and the work was completed as promised, there were no surprises. The repair took only two days and we were notified as soon as the scooter was ready for pick up. Our experience was so positive, that we will return to Mobility City when we begin looking for an electric wheelchair to purchase. I would recommend Mobility City.

What a great experience! We were in Florida when we had an issue with my husband's walker. We tried to find help on line but got nowhere with the folks we reached out too. We called the Mobility City back home in Virginia and they directed us to these wonderful people. We took the walker to them and the repair was done almost immediately. We are overjoyed and more than happy for the service and courtesy shown by the owners.
