“Miguel was amazing. Greeted my husband and I both at the door was very knowledgeable on products as well as saving and promotions and deals. Great salesman. Walked in wanting to purchase a smart watch and walked out with a smart watch and a JBL. There are probably three or four AT&T stores between our home and, this particular AT&T store. We only stopped in there because we were shopping on that end of town about 30 minutes away from me and I have to say I will probably drive the distance as long as I know he is working for any further business with AT&T. Lakeside Village AT&T stinks as far as customer service , and I’ve only had one person with good rapport at the one in Mulberry. Again, if you go request, Miguel, although all of them in there seemed very personable.”
“Had one of my best metro experiences with Coby. I had started doing my metro business over the phone because I kept getting a shady feeling from most locations. So I didn't like going in anymore. That is until I had to go in and I recently noticed this Town Center location. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter Coby and the new young lady employee. I walked away with my best Metro experience to date. I'm only going to this location.”

Furthermore, I recently visited them and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect phone for my needs. The store was clean and well-organized, and I was impressed by the wide selection of phones and accessories they had in stock.
