“I recently went here. I recently got a new phone that I had questions about a few things about how the phone worked. The person I was dealing with was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. She would either help you figure it out. Or I just handed the phone over. Told her my issues. She handled it. She answered any questions I had. I am a senior. I have some trouble with technology today”
“A couple of weeks ago I stopped into the Cricket store to buy a new phone. The salesperson by the name of Leo suggested the phone that I should buy to fit my needs. He also transferred the information from my old phone to my new one. His knowledge and professional customer service was over the top terrific. Today I had to stop in to ask about a couple issues that I was having. When I walked in he recognized me from my previous visit and greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Leo was knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it. Leo's knowledge of products and over the top friendly customer service make him a great representative for the company.”
