I would have given them 10 stars if it was an option. Matt and the team were amazing in restoring the data from a damaged phone. It wasn't easy and they never gave up. When all hope was gone and my wife began to shed a tear for the lost data Matt and the team refuse to give up and ultimately was able to get most of the information thought to be lost forever. We were so grateful for the amazing customer service. This store cares for its customers and we appreciate their work.

You guys suck because y'all don't have good customer service I feel bad because my brother-in-law has Sprint and we're fixing to tell him to switch to AT&T which is already includes 5G and they already have those Chargers trust me I know I in AT&T customer

If you are tired of Frontier and Spectrum customer service (or what they call customer service) then you need to contact Choice Communications. They are your go-to for support and superior service. Their phone systems are so advanced you can transfer a call from your desk phone to your cell phone. WHAT?! I have never found another company that can do what they do.

Horrible store. The sales rep was really nice "Austin" is his name. But it turns out they are scam artist I traded my phone in and they said that they would keep my old phone and pay it off but they didn't and I got stuck paying for a phone that I don't have any more. After several attempts now they can't help anymore and supposedly they do this all the time.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a phone on line, I was to get it Tuesday , late afternoon I did not get it, but I got a post that they activated my new phone . I was on the phone with 6 different people transferring me all over the place. Finally I got someone who said my new service is active and they called my carrier to transfer the service. I would not get the phone now until Wednesday ! Then my Account that was still supposed to be closed in 24 hrs. Shut down my old phone and I had no Service!!! I had to walk over to someone's house to call T Mobile back to tell them they deactivated my only phone service and I never got the phone. Wednesday, the phone comes at 4:30PM and the new TMobile phone isn't working properly, it heats up so hot I can't even hold it and now to add to all this mess, the phone line keeps dropping calls
