This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in the 53 years of banking I've done. I am a shared branch member and tried to deposit a $9700 check here. Of course I went through drive-through and was told that shared members cannot use drive-through. They must come in the lobby. I went in the lobby and was told because I tried to electronically deposit my check at my branch first, they would not accept the check, and I would have to drive to my own branch. These people figure out a way to not do business with anyone and are very smug about it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Midflorida was of our favorite place to go. Always helpful on the spot. Automated machines not so great. The new phone system is more than inadquate and causes more problems than you had when you initially started. To say more than frustrating is an understatement. This is not the fault of employees. After going through a day of paramount frustration with the phone system I finally gave up and went in personally. After speaking with a very nice Branch Manager Robert Dougherty he got me a new card and addressed the fraud issue. If it were not for him I would have withdrawn my entire account and closed it. MidFlorida you can do better with your phone system. Not fair to your employees to take the flake for this.

I did a referral like 6 months ago and have yet to see my Lowe's $100 bucks it's fraud.

I wa at the location on 301 Washington because I had to go there after everance wasn't able to help me with my co op banking. Instantly there you were able to find my account from bright star and help me with what I needed to do. I wanted to open an account with you but you don't have any branches in nokomis where I just moved to. Thank you for helping me much better than the other credit union

automated system almost never works anymore and when they transfer you to a customer service representative, they are not helpful. It used to be a good place to bank with but now it seems to be nothing but frustration.

I started an account and was told that I'd get a bonus after a bit and that my nephew would get a referral fee... After talking with the manager, concerning this, she said they had 45 days. She makes nothing but excuses. So I went after work because she said she would reach out to marketing. When I went she acted as if she didn't see me, where another customer, even though I was there first. and then sent out a young teller to tell me she had a work event to go to. Cowards and liars.

Midflorida keeps putting a freeze on my cards. It pissing me off...4 times in 2 months and one of them was when we were in Tennessee thank God I had another account and cash on me..think I will be going to another bank.

I made a mistake in auto pay to a cc company. I went to branch and was told rudely too bad. I forgot to make my deposit. I drove by a different branch that afternoon. went in, made the deposit and was told I could get a refund. the form was filled out and a copy was given to me. I was told it would take 10-14 days. I waited 17 days. called today. spent 25 minutes on phone with person who was totally lost. wanted the address of the cc company and phone number. I stated I was not at my desk and it is in my auto pay. I gave up and asked for supervisor. Madilyn the supervisor was, rude condescending and could care less about my problem and what I was told. she wanted me to make a complaint against the branch that filled out the useless dispute form. I told her that was her problem I wanted to address my problem. find the correct solution and figure out how to proceed. she told me to call the cc company. was their anything else I needed. I said I needed to be able to rely on the information I was given. I got more poor attitude from her. Unbelievable that a bank has no idea what they are going and could care less. good by Mid Florida.

Disappointing experience with MID-FLORIDA Credit Union- I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with MIDFLORIDA Bank's product and service, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. I applied for their services three times, hoping for a smooth and efficient process, but each attempt ended in outright denial.I have a very very exceptional credit score, have very little debt. and I own a rental property/ asset without a standing mortgage.It was frustrating to have my applications rejected without any substantial explanation or guidance on how to improve my chances. The lack of transparency in their decision-making process only added to my growing frustration.Today I closed all my accounts and now bank with Suncoast Credit Union.

I referred people here for years. Never again. In the last 6 months, they've not only misapplied loan payments, they've also added forced insurance despite having provided proper documentation over 4 times. They're slow. Incompetent. And keep trying to fine me for their constant mistakes. This is hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any institution. I've never had to call a bank so many times to correct errors in my finances.Literally go anywhere else. Wells Fargo looks great in comparison. So does your mattress. A hole. In a prison. In North Korea. Literally anywhere is a better experience than here.

My name, is Jean. I was a loyal customer of your bank, since I was 16yrs old. This is where I've opened my first bank account. But, enough of that. Since 2021 it's now over two years since your bank has stolen $20,625.00 from my account # Route # NICOLE MOORE is the person that has frozen my account without any explanations. When I spoke with her over the phone, she was very rude and nasty. She should not be working there at all or as a loss prevention manager. All your other members do not reply back to me from their emails. Steve Moseley, CEO · Amanda 'Mandy' Cox, Compliance Officer · Cassandra Conrad. This is the wrost credit union bank company ever. Stay away from them people. Now, I demanded to have my funds back ASAP, with loss for the emotional and financial depression, your bank has put me into for the last two years.
