I have been with MidFlorida (MF) since 2005. Back around spring 2023 I was left out of accessing the call center while I was stuck in South Dakota with. Card access issue. While on the call I asked to be escalated. The call center employee decided to hang up as I pleaded to be escalated to be verified. Only was told by the employee to go to the nearest BRANCH. I told her I can’t I was in South Dakota at the time on a Friday afternoon and I don’t think there was any MF nearby. She said go to a local branch CLICK! ☎️I’ve tried since before May 31st to reach out countless of times from the bottom of management at MF - BVL branch manager, District manager in my region to share the concern of leaving a member without access to their own money is not a great idea for the company and no response from anyone to investigate, train and improve the appropriate channels so this would never happen to any members again.I’ve emailed in a group email.Christopher David (Chief Operation Officer)Steven Moseley (CEO & President)Sterling Grubb (Chief Lending Officer)Zelda Abrams (Chief Financial Officer)To see if I get a response as to get to the bottom of it and nothing. This Credit Union does not want to listen to any of their members concerns to help be a better banking place. Good luck to all. I’ve decided I am banking elsewhere. 18 years, 3 Cars Paid off, A mortgage paid off with you guys should be satisfactory for you all.

This credit union has fallen to the worst levels I’ve seen as a customer for years. There is absolutely no customer service over the phone, it is all robo, which forces you to join a callback list that can take hours for a response. Half of the time you will get no response, the phone rings and hangs up.The bank statements here do not have your full account number on them, so if you ever need to verify your account with an outside company (for a loan etc), you are out of luck. Ever need a blank check, $5 fee, and they only give you temporary checks which are also not accepted at many institutions. There are fees here worse than many of the big banks. *Courtesy fee to transfer money from your savings to checking to cover purchases?!MIDFLORIDA costs you time and money with their inability to keep up with the current demands of 2023. Horrible credit union. Horrible evil Elizabeth Warren style Debbie Thomas will repo your car for leaving the site of Florida. Worst customer service that I have experienced in 57 years on this planet. DO NOT get an auto loan with this company, you will regret it!

Riana Morris is phenomenal! I literally will be unable to express her value in words, but I will try.Riana is exemplary in every way that MidFlorida, or any company would be proud. Professionally, she is superior in knowledge of products, and quick to problem-solve (as she has done for me over the months). Her disposition of kindness and sensitivity is that of the warmest of souls. I have been a MidFlorida member for over 40 years. While I have consistently had great experiences as a member, Riana’s representation of MidFlorida as an employee and leader is by far the best I have ever experienced firsthand. If Riana is an example of the present and future of MidFlorida, the credit union is in good hands and will surely thrive under such leadership, as Riana has demonstrated to me. To that end, MidFlorida has very good reason to be proud to have Riana Morris as a team leader to manage its operations and affairs.Joe Viscusi

Went to the branch at 205 South Florida ave. The staff was great and very helpful. I love doing business there. The staff is very informative with updates and the service is great.
