I went to psy for Brian Mcdonald , they said his service has been cut off , his payment is due by the 6th of July , this is the 5th . He tried to call them and can't get trough .This is why I go to T-Mobile.

The sales team of Damien and Jazmine are the best! On 06/30/24 and 07/01/24, I Went to this store to resolve a phone insurance issue. Although the phone insurance portion of my phone is not their responsibility, both Damien and Jazmine patiently walked me through the process of making an insurance claim for my phone.

Door was locked when I arrived. People waiting outside. One man stated he had been waiting 20 minutes after being told he would be back in 3 minutes. I aggressively knock on the window to illicit a response. The man came from the back opened the door and LOST HIS MIND. Apparently he doesn't need the business and his profanity along with not allowing myself and others into the store.

I had a situation in which I had been promised something, and the person who I had done business with was not at the store when I returned. They said I could get a free tab, and when I returned the promotion was over. Wesley went above and beyond to make sure I left with my tablet that day. Very professional staff and clean store. Definitely will be conducting business at this store from now on.

If I could give zero stars to the bearded guy there.Came in with a non working phone;been a Metro PCS customer going on 4 years...I have an hour drive home and was anxious driving without one.He asked for my pin and I didn't know it and couldn't get it because my phone was broken...entered my birthday then says "I can't help you unless you open up a new account if you don't know your pin" I said I know there's got to be another way...he rudely says "If you want to believe that,thats on you go back to the store where you got it I can't help you" Thinks saying "God Bless" cancels out his rudeness.Went back to my original store,was helped, got a new phone. Bearded rude guy: "God Bless" learn better customer service...never coming back and I'll tell everyone ABOUT HOW RUDE YOU ARE!

Because the worker did not speak fluent English, he seemed unwell, and in my opinion, unprofessional with a bad character, despite everything, he did speak Spanish and was totally uninterested in helping me.I feel mistreated, discriminated against and obviously I'm running to change from this company.Description of the short white worker with a beard.Location lakeland 6635_6

Broke my phone & needed a new one asap for work tomorrow & didn't think it would happen but the nice gentleman helped me & how me out of there in less than 30 mins. Thankyou so much! Definitely recommend.
