Had one of my best metro experiences with Coby. I had started doing my metro business over the phone because I kept getting a shady feeling from most locations. So I didn't like going in anymore. That is until I had to go in and I recently noticed this Town Center location. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter Coby and the new young lady employee. I walked away with my best Metro experience to date. I'm only going to this location.

I've gone here before, with mixed results, and we decided to go back to this location today. There was 1 other family in the store. The sole employee told us she'd be right with us. We waited but we were not acknowledged again. We finally gave up and left. By having just 1 employee who can only tend to 1 customer at a time, this place will definitely lose more business.

I had an amazing employee by the name of Anthony he def listen to all my wants for my new phone didn't just try to sell me one he listen and show me all my best options from low to high spoke on quality of each and every phone and gave me a great deal. I had a great buying experience was able to walk out the door a very happy costumer. Would recommend in a heart beat to go to this store amazing costumer service.

I went to buy me a new phone on March 29th the person that was working she was so friendly and nice. I highly recommend to go see her. Her name is Malli I give her a 10 out of 10 of customer service

I took my 76-year-old mother in to this location to get help with a new phone. Her phone is more important than usual because it is her only lifeline to family who help manage her medicine and other reminders from out of state. The two gentleman were beyond patient, kind, and professional. The store was clean and bright, and the professionalism of the reps exceeded expectations. They seemed to really care about her as a person and even included a free SD card so her device would never have problems due to memory. Thank you to this particular location. I had visited another location, previously, and was not met with the same service. The first location we tried had a rep with a mask down and loud music that was hard to talk over. As my mother just had surgery, it was important we were in an environment where people respected PPE usage. Thank you again, to this particular location!

Today I went to Metro in the hopes of switching from my current carrier. Anthony and Alyssa were incredible they helped me port my number over from my other carrier and had my new iPhone up and running within minutes. I don't know what I would have done without your assistance. Somebody give Anthony and Alyssa a raise.
