My experience with Maurice’s was not the most pleasant. I heavily feel they are stuck in old practices and have not updated their schooling to get better educated on newer vehicles. We went to Maurice’s because they were AAA certified. They had my vehicle for over a week and could not diagnose a single error code to trouble shoot the problem. During this time, we were a single vehicle family and had to rent a vehicle because they could not provide us with one. In addition to waiting over a week, we as the customer, had to be the ones to proactively call Maurice’s for ANY and ALL status updates for our vehicle. They never once made initial contact to give us any updates, even to give us a courtesy to say they’re still looking into it. Nothing! 90% of the time the response was “we don’t know or we don’t have an update”. When all was said and done, they had zero clue what was wrong with our vehicle. We came in to retrieve it and the women at the front desk were too busy with their mobile devices to help fix the customer service issues we’ve already been experiencing. Luckily they didn’t charge us for looking at the vehicle but here’s the catch, they didn’t offer to tow it free of charge either to the dealership. But wait there’s more- the dealership diagnosed and fixed the issue in 45 minutes! I spent hundreds of dollars on a rental vehicle because of an incompetent auto repair company with poor customer service. Many of the staff need to go through training to update their skill sets in several areas. This is a disgrace to the auto industry and we would not recommend Maurice’s for repairs.

90 minutes into my drive home to Canada my car stopped dead on the I-4. It was scary. I have to commend Maurice and his Staff, they made my repair (a new alternator and battery) a priority and got me back on the road and I made it home with no further issues. Attentive, friendly and attention to detail; Maurice is genuine and it felt like I was dealing with a friend who cared. Can't say enough and I highly recommend. We need more auto repairs shops like this one!

The level of attention, care, and service is just amazing we have had multiple vehicles either fixed on the mechanics side or the body shop side and the experience is just wonderful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any of the work and they have earned a customer for life.

Man oh man, if you haven’t been to Maurice’s for your auto needs, please don’t hesitate. This has been nothing but an awesome experience all around. I was so nervous with my car and the weather that is upon us, called and they got my leak taken care of when I was told by others to come back. Maurice’s will be my go to for auto repair from now on… I’m telling you, check them out, you won’t regret ??

What a life saver Jay was the tow truck driver came all the way to Spring Hill to get my heavy equipment that another moving company couldn't move. not only over an 1hr and 30mins away but he left lakeland it only took him 1hr and 30 mins to get to me. very fast service.
