Kat at the south Lakeland location was incredible! Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. She was genuinely kind and patient while we shopped with our 3 kids and shed light and pointed out things that I would never think of.

My girlfriend and I stopped by yesterday to take a look at the furniture, we didn't plan to buy anything for the day, but the lady who welcomed us in eventually convinced us and we bought a mattress. We are very satisfied with the purchase. I don't know the lady's name but she was really nice and convincing.
