I was shopping a Marshalls a couple of weeks ago. I was looking at jewelry and the Associate and Indian old women, never spoke to me nor asked if I needed help. She then asked a white woman if she needed help. When I asked why she had not asked me for help, she laughed in my face. I told the store manager. 😥

I went to this location 2 days in a row and on both days I got the same cashier she was friendly talkative but moved fast. Good to see a young person genuinely care about customer service and she did because of her we will go back. Good customer service are the places I will shop at.
