Kristen want above and beyond to help us find our home. Moving 1000 away was stressful enough not to mention issue with the most unprofessional title closer. Kristen did an amazing job to get us through it all. her professionalism and communication was what help turn a sure train wreck into getting us into our new home on time. I would highly recommend Jessica Sippel from Live Florida Realty. On New Year's Eve we reached out to the broker listed on a home we were interested in, no answer as they were out of town. We decided to hit request a tour via the internet. Literally within minutes Jessica replied scheduling a tour on New Year's day. Although, that was not the home for us, she happily scheduled tours for any home that we were interested in.
