Pressured me into a car. It took months to get the car I wanted. I almost gave up hope and one day he texted me and said guess what? I have the car. I went to the dealership drove the car and signed paperwork in 30 minutes was out the door with him showing me how to navigate my new car. If you are looking for a VW go to this dealership you will not be disappointed.

The sales experience was good... but I was trading in a 2 year old vehicle, so of course it was.
I've had quite a few issues with the service department. I had to return and wait something like 5 times for a windshield wiper issue that was causing them to constantly turn on at random. Thankfully that finally got resolved.
Recently, I had my car aligned, and it was practically undrivable with an extremely hard pull and a crooked steering wheel by about 10-15 degrees. I brought it back and they fixed it, and the lead mechanic seems great and knowledgeable. I don't know what happened, but at this point I'd believe it if I was told that someone accidentally drove the car hard into a curb.. It was that bad. I'm just glad it's fixed and I'm done with the experience.
I used a different dealer for my next service. Upon inspecting my car, there was no damage, nothing was bent, and everything is in good working order. I was lied to. I'll never step foot in Lakeland Volkswagen again.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership.I had terrible experience with service and bought next from another dealer about 50 miles away. I decided to give them another try and ended up buying my 7th Volkswagen today. Sales staff was great and buying experience was great. I purchased a newly traded in Jetta 2024 with less than 1000 miles. When we were getting ready to leave I asked about second key and sales person went to go look for it. After asking Sales Manager about key I was told no one ever turns in two keys and was basically told that’s just the way it is. I turned in two keys with my trade. If I had not already signed papers I would have drove 50 miles to next dealer. This dealership is very missed managed. The general manager is impossible to reach. I would not recommend this dealership. It is a shame that as a loyal VW customer that I can not use my local dealer.
