Honestly probably the worst place i've ever taken my car, i normally work on my own car but took it to the dealership in a lack of time. Had a $15 oil change coupon and came out with paying nearly $315, and waited an extra 2 hours for "services" my car needed. Nothing else needed done and when i rechecked after the service, nothing else was touched and the oil change only was good for half the term it would originally take to need a new one. It wasn't worth arguing with the lousy service tech, but I don't recommend it here, and i would never trust taking my car back.

Lakeland Toyota service department is terrible !!! Two hours with an appointment and are car still sitting waiting for oil change!!! Never use Lakeland Toyota service department they SUCK!!!!! It has now been 2 hours and 45 minutes and we still waiting for an oil change with an appointment!!!! How is this place still in the service business!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!¡!

I purchased a service contract 2 years ago when I bought my car. I have been bringing my car there which happens to be an hour away from my house. I drive by 3 other Toyota stores on my way there. On this last visit the service department cracked my windshield. They scheduled me an appointment to have my glass replaced. They ordered Toyota glass. My original windshield was tinted and the customer service manager refused to pay for the re-tinting of the new windshield even though it was cracked while in the service department. My service advisor Baker has been so good to me for everything else but the customer service manager who never identified himself to me after calling 4 times with a response until I got lucky when someone else I called saw him go in his office. I will probably start going to a different location after this.

Honestly 5 stars. The whole process was simply and easy. They answered all of my questions and concerns with detail. Went in around 1:30 pm on Sunday and left with my new car around 3:30 ish. Will definitely be recommending everyone here if they are in need of a vehicle, they blew me away. Thank you for everything and helping me through the whole process.

If you are reading this to decide if you should use their parts department, I recommend you don't. As you can see in previous posts, they mention, twice, that they will reach out to discuss the issues I mentioned. No word back. They either lie or incompetent. Try somewhere else and get the services you deserve.

Made us drive 3 hours for a new car after we agreed to numbers only to tell us they sold the car to someone else for more money. Bunch of liars and crooks. Take your business elsewhere.

LakeLand Toyota is the best and they have amazing people working for them. We live over an hours drive from LakeLand and looked all over our local area at different deals on used 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy's but because of the friendly and honest phone conversation I had with Matt and Jupiter my wife & I decided to make a trip to LakeLand Toyota to look at the used 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy they had listed on the lot, even though it was the furthest location out of all the used 2023 Sante Fe's we found on line and were looking at. To make a long story short, we could not have made a better decision to have mad that trip to visit LakeLand Toyota and meet up with Matt and Jupiter. They are both great and worked an amazing deal for us on the used 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our whole time and experience with them and because of them we are happy and proud new owners of a great vehicle. Even our short time with the finance officer Samual was enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership we met were very nice. In summary, we could not of asked for a better Sales Manager Matt, a better Salesman Jupiter or Finance Officer Samual. Can't thank them all enough for such a wonderful car buying experience. The team was so efficient and helpful. I have never had a salesman like Amir. He was phenomenal! He took the time to explain all of the features on our new truck. The team stayed after hours to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely be returning customers of this dealership!

Michelle Jones! Absolutely the best car buying experience that I have ever had. She is absolutely wonderful, kind, and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Samuel was absolutely wonderful as well on the financial side. Completely laying out and explaining every last cent that was being paid. Just wanted to update this review to say how pleased we are with using Chad as our Service Advisor for the past 2 years!! I have had a Honda, Ford, Land Rover, and Toyota and have used multiple Toyota dealerships to receive service but by far Chad at Toyota Lakeland has been my best service experience! He is always honest and fair and does his very best with everything including trying to squeeze us in for a quick service. Even surprised me with a free car wash today.Service is a big part of owning a car so when my husband needed a new car for work we purchased a new 2023 Carrolla at Lakeland Toyota because our service experience here has been so outstanding! When I am ready to buy my next car I am going to come back to Toyota Lakeland because I trust this dealership.

He is always honest and fair and does his very best with everything including trying to squeeze us in for a quick service. Even surprised me with a free car wash today. Service is a big part of owning a car so when my husband needed a new car for work we purchased a new 2023 Carrolla at Lakeland Toyota because our service with Chad has been so great! So now we take both cars to get serviced at Lakeland Toyota. When I am ready to buy my next car I am going to come back to Toyota Lakeland because I trust this dealership.

This is my first new car in 20 years. I called the dealership and William Carrillo started the process to hunt down the car I wanted. I live in Michigan so he had to work harder to make sure everything was ready when I flew down to pick it up. He.Was.Awesome.!!!! Picked us up from the airport, made sure I had everything set up before leaving the dealership and making the long trek home, and I feel very comfortable knowing I can reach out to him still after the sale if I have questions. I definitely recommend him if you want a seamless and positive five star experience purchasing a new car.

I went for a routine service for my oil and brake fluid. After I left, the dealership drove all around when my husband came home, he checked the car they had left the cap off of my brake fluid. This is very dangerous and they did re-flush it, but to put my life and my families life in danger and possibly causing more damage to my car And not wanting to help and refund me or make the situation better I still haven’t received any response and something so simple cause such a big issue and an inconvenience to me to have to go back get it redone and not be heard about the dangerous situation I was put in because someone forgot to put a cap on. I’m still waiting for management to call me so I can be refunded to make this bad situation that was preventable a better one. I purposely took my car to the dealer because they guarantee they will do it right and that I will be safe and not have to worry, I feel like because I’m getting a dance around with a refund and NO sympathy that this would be the last place I would ever take my car again. They have the chance to make it right and so far they have not. I would not recommend this service station to anyone. They also said that they didn’t touch my battery, but it was all on adjusted and not held down correctly. I just want someone to realize the concern in danger I was put in and to make it right.
