My children and I have lived here for almost a year (I just renewed my lease!) and I love it! The location is so close to the all the shops and restaurants yet still feels quiet and peaceful. Management is also fantastic. They are quick to respond to messages and get things taken care of very quickly. Dogs are welcomed with open arms. There is a small dog park in the complex as well as a playground with a dog park a short walk away. The pool area is always well maintained and so is the gym. I can’t say enough good things!

Quiet lil complex manager n maintenance r very nice people I hv no complaints ? I'm pretty picky n would stay longer if I wasn't needing a 3 bedroom ? Maintenance is awesome n fixes things pretty quickly!!! THANK U ?

Great place to live. I have lived here almost 9 years. Small, quiet, well taken care of community conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Q and Keith do an excellent job of running things. Always friendly and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, same day in most cases. Renewals are handled seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

This was my first apartment and I loved this place. It’s a small complex that’s well managed and reasonably priced compared to its competitors. Their apartments are intelligently laid out with a common sense approach to design and use of space.

The staff was very helpful when I went to visit. The maintenance man Keith didn't mind lending a hand when it was need. The property manager Q was very helpful and knowledgeable of the things related to the property

We lived here for almost 6 years and if I could have stayed there forever I would. Q & Keith are the absolute best. They really set the bar high. Everything always ran so smoothly. The apartments are great for the cost. The grounds are well kept. Things are fixed within a day, if not immediately. I always felt safe there and my kid could play with her friends outside without having to worry. It's a very pet and family friendly community. My dog still perks up when he sees a golf cart because he thinks it's Keith coming to pet him.You're also super close to literally everything here (stores, parks, restaurants, medical facilities, a golf course), but it doesn't "feel" like you're in the middle of the city. It's such a convenient location and just a nice quiet little place to call home. If we ever find ourselves back in Lakeland, I'd definitely want to live here again.

Our monthly electric was about $212. These are old apartments with old appliances. The manager Q is very sketchy. She allowed her relatives to park in the handicapped parking space...she also did nothing about them slamming the front door or playing the tv too loud, day and night. The walls are paper thin...I can hear my neighbor using the restroom!! There are plenty of sketchy people going into my neighbors house...and driving around the parking lot .... you decide what they are up to. Noone cleans up their dog's poop and mgt does nothing about it. If you have other choices...dont choose this place.

Simply put the only reason I would move is because I’ve purchased a houseI live the neighborhood (safe and quiet)location :right next to the mall,Walmart and Publix and a lot of options for take out when I don’t want to cook5mins for the i4 rampIt’s like living in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ?I’m just amazing for everything is just so close by :mind you I’m use to having to drive at least 20 mins to get to anything that I needed

I rented my apartment online and Que was awesome! She helped me with the entire process. I love the fact that it's only 2 people that work here. It's a small quite community and maintenance fixs repairs within a day! I also like that everything I need is within a 10 min. Walk.
