I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. The experience my son and I had at Lakeland Jeep Chrysler Dodge yesterday was absolutely incredible.
The whole staff was knowledgeable, considerate of our time, and very helpful. Our sales person Dario, the manager Ben, and our finance person Brian. All amazing! Thank you Dario for being awesome! Love our new Jeep!!!

Dropped Jeep off for oil change and I had a nail in the tire.
They changed the oil and plugged the tire without an extra charge.

Recently traded my car in. Great customer service was provided by Ms.Frannie. I told her what i was in need of and every expectation was met except the amount of time that was spent waiting.Nearly 6 hours to get the car that i test drove a hour into the meeting upon my arrival. All in all Lakeland dodge has my services from here on out. Thanks again Ms.Frannie!!!

I would never go back to this dealership to buy a car again. They took our keys for our trade in and never gave them back and when. Ask for them because my husband was hungry and we wanted to go get something to eat they offered up drinks and snack but just wouldn’t give the keys back. I wish I had just walked out from the beginning. I keep asking how much for the new car and how much for my trade in and he just keep giving us a run around. We didn’t fine out the amounts until we were signing the finance papers. I get it he was a great talker and salesman he did his job and took us for everything. He definitely did his job right. All the things I wish I had put my foot down but he was good. Just do t fall for all the tricks. I won’t go back and I definitely won’t send anyone there. But I love my car
