Awful place. Went in today and took the only available appointment, denied too do my organ donor test. Saying " I should've made an appointment earlier. Bc she didn't want too deal with fed ex two hours before closing". Again, only available appointment.

Stacy seems to always be the only one there at all times this is why i am giving it 5 star. Labcorp needs to get her some help before you lose her as she is the only one who gets my blood, i am a hard stick. Wait time was crazy cause she had to work all area of the office

Smooth and easy. Went in for a simple pre-employment drug test. I was able to check in on my phone while I waited in my car in the parking lot...how cool is that! Then, they texted me when it was time to come in. I waited just a little longer in the waiting room before getting called in for the test.

I went in at a very busy time with no appointment at 9:30 and was out by 10:15, with all the people that were in there I thought that was so fast! Great experience

Self payer. Been visiting location for years. Never made appointment. Always in and out within 45 minutes. Usually 30. Just be sure to have a driver's license for fastest check in

My appointment was at 2:00. Lab Corp takes my insurance. They sent me to Quest, who does not take my insurance. The staff said it took too much time to look up the different codes for the tests required. Aka, it was almost closing time and they didn't want to deal with it. I'm out almost $200. Never again. Thanks for nothing!

Check in kiosk are dirty. Waited about 15 to 20 mins to be told my insurance was not accepted to go across to Quest which I did and the waiting room and kiosk are clean. They actually update you as well at Quest where you are in time and appointment order. Would recommend they do something similar at Labcorp so people don't walk up asking.

Incredible how a “professional” staff laughs and makes fun of people with disabilities… YES, just as you read… I just heard and saw how they made out of place comments and mocked a person with a disability and the saddest thing is how he shared it with his partner, the given situation and his mockery towards the person... sadly I have to come to his town because that is what the medical plan offers me. People without empathy and little moral value. Think and examine yourself to see if you are perfect or don't make mistakes... The word “professional” was too big for you.I add that the person remained silent and humiliated by the staff. He never disrespected her and humbly left but his face said it all how disappointed he was...The only star is because it doesn't give me the option to remove the stars.

The front desk was very nice and helpful considering the overload of patients in the office. The reason I am giving a one star is that the phlebotomist in the back is VERY VERY unprofessional. The phlebotomist who took "care" of me didn't even say my name when calling me to the back and when it was time to get my blood drawn she stuck the needle in my arm so rough and moved THE NEEDLE around while in my skin. She didn't feel for a vein or anything while the needle was in my skin is when she tried to look for a vein it ended up turning my arm purple right after leaving the lab very unprofessional would NEVER go again. I went to Quest Diagnostics a few months back and loved it there! it is right across the street and I highly recommend going there.
