My wife and I bought a recliner and a recliner couch. The quality is not what one would expect from La-Z-Boy. It feels cheaply made and not sturdy. One of the recliners on the couch has to be reset frequently as it stops responding to the remote and the buttons built into the chair. After seeing some complaints on the Better Business Bureau site (an "F" rating), it appears their quality and customer service have greatly diminished. The chairs are comfortable, but we came to La-Z-Boy because of their reputation and expected to have furniture of great quality that will last a long time. Four months after delivery, we have our doubts the furniture will make it three years. Replacement will either be from aggravation from inoperability, or the chairs will simply fall apart. The replacements will not come from La-Z-Boy.

Tim was great. He is very knowledgeable. He was able to help us get my mom the perfect recliner for her very quickly. Pick up at the warehouse was also great. The staff were very helpful and we were in and out faster than we thought. She is very happy with it. Thanks so much.

Major kudos to service repair technician Jason who repaired my over 20 year old rocker recliner. This was not an easy task due to the number of intricate mechanisms involved and, of course, the age of the chair. Jason was kind, professional and took great care to ensure my chair was as close to new as was possible. Again, thank you Jason; you are an angel sent from God!

When I decided to buy a new love seat and couch for my house, I went to the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries here in Lakeland. I met with Tim Edwards where he showed me a variety of love seats and couches. I also discussed colors for the love seat and couch with Daiana Andrews. I settled on the Talladega reclining love seat, with electrical controls, in March. In August I came back and bought the matching reclining couch. Tim made buying the love seat and couch a pleasant experience. I would recommend buying furniture from La-Z-Boy due to the quality of the furniture and the experience of the sales staff.

We've been a fan of La-Z-Boy for over 20 years, have never been disappointed. It's costly...for sure...but you pay for what you get. We'd rather pay for quality and comfort than have to replace unsightly and uncomfortable furniture every several years.
