Kohls is cancelling all Canadian shopper’s credit
Cards. We will no longer receive the discounts or rewards. They did this without notifying customers. Very embarrassing to have your card denied. The cashier did not know about this issue either so wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to fix the problem. It cannot be fixed, at this level. Apparently “corporate” is trying to fix it. Regardless, I will not shop at kohls again.

I used to love shopping here, but today took the cake. Just because I'm a person of color doesn't justify them following me all over the store as if I couldn't afford to make a purchase. The sad part is that I shop here often.The outfits I was planning to purchase, I returned to the rack. This outdated silent racism needs to stop. Kohls, I'm deeply disappointed with the actions of your associates. I will think long and hard before returning my business to this establishment.

I have to say I was at your store this morning and it was very disappointing. The store was so messy. We were looking to buy a toaster oven and had a hard time getting help from the people up front. Zack was the only friendly person that greeted us and was very friendly. No doubt I won't be back to your store. The front end gentleman didn't offer to help us out and he was rude

Needs more stock and be more organized and clean
There are too many stipulations with there coupons and the online ordering needs to offer In store pickup for all items to all stores or ship for free to your home

Had the best service from Michael at the Lakeside Village Kohl's! He took charge of my complicated return/ exchange. Took me to the correct department and helped me find the correct sizes for my mom. He took at least 15 minutes scouring shelves for her. Thank you, Michael!
