I have been buying tires from Mavis for years. The store manager, Johnathan Burke has earned my business by providing great service. Recently I took a utv tire for him to mount. All his employees were busy so he personally mounted the tire and had me on my way. You don’t see that kind of service very often. Thank you Johnathan.

I had a censor issue with one of my tires, I came in for my appointment and was greeted professionally. The gentleman at the desk informed me of what could be causing the issue, and was confident they could fix it. In less than 30 minutes I received a call my vehicle was complete! Paid, and they pulled my car right to the front. Extremely pleased with my experience.

Been going to Mavis for a few years and was always pleased for the customer service and their quality of work, but the last two times that I've been there things have really been going downhill... Cars driving worse than when I brought it to them, very disappointed. will not be returning. Got my car in for an alignment in February and wasn't happy with how it was driving afterwards. I thought I'd give them a second chance, brought it again 5 months later for a tire rotation and alignment... car still pulling to the right,now it's also shaking in the steering wheel all of my tires were low like so low someone was trying flag me down at a red light to tell me I had a flat tire?.and they did not put back on my tire valve cover that was custom bought ? so now I have to order a whole new set... just felt like I completely wasted my money for the last two visits and my car is driving worst than before?

I absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else with my vehicle. They are the only ones I trust to work on my vehicle. Their prices are competitive and the service is over the top. I was quoted two hours they had done earlier. I drive 45 minutes just to use them. I would recommend them to all friends and family.The place very clean, including the restrooms. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
