I really do try to only leave positive feedback on public facing sites, but this will be a rare exception. Having worked in retail myself for a decade and having to deal with far worse situations myself and actual truly rude and abusive customers/clients, I can say I am truly shocked that my request got me the treatment that it did.Over the past 2 weeks I have visited this location 3 times to make some purchases. Recently they started a BOGO 50% off promotion that was ending today 4/14/24. I decided to make this 3rd and final visit with the intention of picking up a few more items and also have a promotion match placed on my previous purchases made within the last 2 weeks.I know this isn't super common but it is something almost anyone in retail can understand. Its no different then if I came in and made a valid return within their 90 day period for a full refund and then just repurchased the same exact items during the promotion to take advantage of the deal.Well honey let me tell you, the person helping me was just not having it. I am not exaggerating when I say this man checking me out couldn't have been more unfriendly or clearly wanting to be anywhere else but helping me. At 1st he tried to deny my request but after explaining the logic to him as above, he begrudgingly said "I can see if the system will allow me". Like sweetie your trying to tell me the system won't allow you to do a return and then recheck me out for the same items?To the man who checked me out if you see this feedback, I don't know if you were having a bad day or what, but not once did I get rude, raise my voice, or insult you (that's hella tacky and low class behavior to ever mistreat/abuse retail workers). I hope whatever may have been going on with you that day to be so unfriendly and disinterested in helping me has passed and you are in a better place. Do better.

Ive been shopping here for 6 or 7 years and up until the last year or so, have had 5 star service. The place has just gone down hill recently. I do hope it gets better as I love Lakeside Village

So incompetent. My husband was fitted over two weeks ago for a suit for our daughter's wedding and it came in three days before the wedding - wrong. We came back and the manager and sales guy were both super rude about the whole thing. Never again. Unprofessional, unhelpful and unbelievable.

Attention to service and customer care. New sport coat fitted and sent to alterations. All done with personal attention by an employee that appeared to truly enjoy the work. I will continue to use this store for my special clothing needs.

I highly do not recommend anyone go to this establishment, especially if your are non-white. I came here to upgrade my wardrobe and get sizes. After I was stared down and not acknowledged, I was approached by a representative who “measured me”. I told him this was my first time and I needed help finding some items. He was not helpful and left me to choose items alone. I spent $$$ and not one item fit. I returned my items and was assisted picking new items out, that again did not fit. I suggest anyone looked for business or corporate clothing to visit Dillards. They have better staff and better selection. Boycott this prejudice place.

Last minute prom shopping! The staff was extremely helpful in every area. They helped us make decisions over the phone and when my son arrived in person at the store, up until the day the tux arrived. I cannot thank you enough for making this night so memorable! Standing ovation!

I didn't get the associates name but she was incredibly helpful during a sticky situation. My husband needed a suit and he's 7000 miles away. With measurements and her knowledge we got him a beautiful suit and in record time. She was incredible!!!! Thanks so much ?

Just went in 3pm 9/6 and had the worst customer service experience. Two guys and a girl all sitting down chatting about cinnamon rolls. Go up and ask them for a certain shirt style “that’s all we have” really cause there’s several others on the wall. The girl gets up to help finally and is the least helpful person I’ve ever encountered she should of just stayed sitting in her chair having their cinnamon roll conversation. Didn’t have the color or size we wanted so we inquired about ordering “this is all there is which one do you want ordered” explained we need a light color and asked if there’s something to look at and she just says “no”. Like there’s not an entire website. Go to pay for the one shirt when we wanted to get 5 and she tried to keep the gift card that had $108 left on it saying there was no remaining balance. Hopefully they can spend the rest of their night sitting and chatting because they’re obviously very overworked.

I am beyond angry! We spent over $500 dollars at this store yesterday. Against my better judgment I listened to the salesperson when he suggested a much larger size for my husband’s shirt size. When he tried it on at home it was huge so I took it back today to this store. I was explaining to the person (whom later I found out was the manager ) what had happened and how I felt the sales associate yesterday had not listened to me and he became extremely rude!! I disagreed with him mid sentence and he said “if you’d just let me finish!!!!” I was shocked and embarrassed that he was being so rude. I was humiliated! I thought the idea is to make the customer happy. I know at that point I was angry and he knew! When we checked out, he did the exchange and DID NOT offer any form of apology or said something like…. glad we could make this right.After we pick up my husband’s very expensive suit I will NEVER set foot in this store again and I suggest you don’t either!!I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are positive but I want to save someone else the experience of the arrogant manager of this store!** On a positive note there was a very sweet saleswoman that tried to make me feel better and hugged me when I left.

We had come here last minute to get a suit for my husband for my Dad's funeral which was in Ohio .The young man that took care of us was very professional and they called to expedite our tailoring since we had to leave in 2 days ...The suit was perfect !!! Thank you for your professional care and making this purchase smoothe and simple..

Called to ask about a tux for my son's prom and got the nastiest customer service from a girl. I don't remember her name but I will never be wasting any money or time here. She was so nasty I had to just hang up. Be more kind!
