I miss the old days with the really good coupons. This store feels a little older than others I've been to but was overall nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

One day you go in the ticket system at the service counter requires you take a ticket for order. The next day you go in take a ticket only to find out they’ve abandoned the system without saying anything. That’s not very good service is it?

I always find fabric that I like for whatever I am making. Sometimes clothing, ant other times crafting. The associates are friendly and helpful. Fabrics are displayed well and easy to find.

This is the worst Joann's store I've ever visited. The store is poorly staffed and we had trouble even finding someone to ask for help. Poor selection of merchandise & no custom framing at this location. Do not recommend.

"F"ing RUDE was the lady behind the counter in fabric area this morning to the old man trying to get material for his wife to make cushion's ! -- I had to leave store before I blew up at her !
