It was the worst experience, especially the manager is very rude, it seems that she was drugged, like all her employees have a strong smell of marijuana the floor all wet the buckets of water seem to have been with water for a long time that have a strong smell.

Asked a store associate if my son could try on a pair of shoes and was then asked quite rudely, “Are you actually going to buy them?!” and then she stated it was store policy to ask that.I know I interrupted whatever important conversation or game she was playing/having on her cell, but it didn’t mean she had to be so rude. We did buy the shoes, we won’t be spending anymore money there again.

Attempted to return a pair of shoes that did not fit. Iwas instructed by store manager that shoe needed to be cleaned prior to return. I then notified store manager that shoe was merely tried on and I would not be cleaning shoe. If this is a policy of the store, are shoes cleaned after trying on within the store? Store manager did not exhibit what customer service should be. He was defensive and stated that dust particles were present on shoe. I did tell him that handling store issues in this manner, would surely result in eventual failure of this business. I' ve bought shoes from other companies that I was able to return or exchange without any issues. I continue to patronize those stores because of their excellent customer service. It was very disheartening to feel that I needed to notify friends and family about this store location and this individual poor attitude with resolving customer issues.

Terrible experience. No one greeted us. No one walked over to help us. The first person I finally walked up to to inquire about a shoe size for my son said they didn't have any available but didn't even look at the shoes we were trying to purchase. When I said "you don't have any shoes in that size at all?" She finally pointed to another employee and said I had to ask him. When I was able to walk over and get his attention he was polite and helped us. This was about the only almost pleasant interaction we had. It came time to check out and the cashier acted inconvenienced by having to ring us up. Overall I would never recommend or come back to this establishment again.

Bad customer experience, wasn’t greeted, wasn’t helped. Associates were playing profane music, and also singing really loud to where it was hard to hear anything.

IF I can give them zero stars I would ... I paid for sneakers on September 13 2021 and it's now October 22 2021.and my son still haven't received his sneakers in over a month.... I called store numerous of time and no one can help me with getting my sneakers , I asked for a refund they told me they don't do REFUNDS , I was like but I didn't even receive my sneakers., why can't I get my money back??? , they will tell u they Email cooperate , and or Omni and no one gets back to you at all .... don't buy here , they steal your Money and not even give you merchandise..... you better off at foot locker ...

Worst experience ever. I came in there with an issue. I was treated horrible and was spoken to like a child. The lady snatched my bag and said she didn’t have time to deal with this matter then said I was being extra. She even called someone on the phone and told them why did they leave her there to handle people like me and then told them I was to extra. Like who on earth speaks like that in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and she acted like her job didn’t matter . I never will come back and I will be taking this to corporate headquarter. This should not been rated 1 start. If you ask me it’s 0 stars

This store manager needs to keep the employees in check. What ever happened to genuine customer service and concern? I heard a cashier recently treating a customer very rudely.. and the customer was only wanting a refund for shoes since they had sent her home with the wrong size. Your employee I'm referring to is named Zion. The customer was a very soft spoken nice lady and was embarrassed in front of several of us customers. I felt sorry for her and would never want to be treated that way. I left my purchase and walked out. It's not fair!!! Please do something.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I was humiliated how I was treated by one particular store associate. I won’t ever step foot in this store again. I will be contacting someone higher about my situation. Very unprofessional staff.
