“Sold some GOLD and a “few” very small diamonds at IDC in Lakeland. Scheduled with Ryan (I think the store manager) and what a great experience!! It is quite laborious… if you decide to sell some gold (it’s at its highest price right now ever!) — IDC gives some of the BEST PRICES IN CENTRAL FL!! And — if you buy jewelry with the money you make from selling the gold — YOU GET EVEN MORE!! We felt very comfortable with Ryan, felt like he was thorough and fair with the jewelry and he was friendly and accommodating! Truly other than going thru ALL the jewelry we brought in (which was all on us!!) it was an amazing experience!! If you have gold and you’re thinking of cashing in — go now and get some money for the holidays!! IDC will take great care of you… especially Ryan @ IDC in Lakeland!!”

We went back to get my ring resized and dealt directly with Madi the owner and he was so sweet. We recently bought our wedding bands from him and had my ring serviced. “We had such an awesome experience at Claire’s, all thanks to Irene! My daughter was super nervous about getting her ears pierced, and Irene was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, gentle, and kind — seriously, she made all the difference. Irene took her time explaining everything, talked my daughter through each step, and really helped her feel calm and brave. If it wasn’t for Irene, I don’t think she would’ve gone through with it!
There was also another amazing staff member (I didn’t catch her name), who helped calm my daughter’s nerves and even walked around the store with her afterward to pick out some cute accessories. The whole team was just so sweet and supportive.
