Stay away!!!!!! I’ve being to so many dealers before and I swear this place is the worse dealer I’ve ever being to ,they don’t work with you super unprofessional,I’ve seen it before on their reviews and who ever wrote it is definitely right they do not service their cars at all ,my boyfriend and I bought a car there and is being only 5 months and I’m over 3k in repairs and the crazy thing is that they promise you a %25 warranty for one year and is not true ,they are refusing to cover that %25 of my Repair bills ,they are liars,crooks all they want is to sell you the car and after that they won’t even answer the phone ,stay away stay away stay away !!!!!!!you have being warned!

Stay away!!!!! This people are terrible, they don't service their cars even before they sell it to you ,so if you not trying to be stock with a lemon stay away you'll end up having plenty of issues with your car and they won't take responsibility!
A huge shout out to Keith the manager for screwing me and my family with a car that's falling apart and thousands of dollars on repairs ,your cars are junk and I will make sure yall don't keep scamming people like yall do !!!!

So here my terrible story and I hope yall don't have to go through it like I did ,so in October of 2023 I have bought a 2020 jeep gladiator, I went home really happy with it and when I checked the oil was black as coffee you could tell truck was never served, check rear differential was also black and full of metal shaves so was the transfer case ,I took care of everything at a local shop ,so guess what ..January 2024 transmission blew up and yes I had to pay for it and it wasn't cheap $4500 out of my pocket ????went back to the dealer and talk to Keith the manager to se if they could help me with anything since I had it only for 3 months with close to $5000 in repairs already, well he told me he was gonna check to se if could do anything for me told me to give him some time and so did I, called several times asking for updates, today called again and he said unfortunately there's nothing he can do for me like really ????I got pics,videos ,invoices etc he still said no ,I was thinking on buying my wife a car there as well but after everything I went through with this people hell nooooo they screwed me so bad ,the day I bought the truck they told me I had 1 year %25 warranty but they don't even want to cover that %25 because I had to go through their shop ,seriously??????oh will I guess we all learn from our mistakes and mine was buy a car at jenkins automart, trust me I know a lot of people and I will make sure this goes everywhere and no one else's gets scammed like I did STAY AWAY!¡!!!!!!!!

Keith, the Manager, greeted me and immediately brought the 2009, Subaru Forester, 2.5x, out for my test drive, w his son, Cole. Then, between Keith and Kyle, I bought the Subaru, at a greatly discounted price and with a Nissan, 3- year Warranty! Jenkins Nissan, at 6614 S. Fl. Ave. has a lifetime custimer!

Jamie and Keith are both awesome. I had been looking for a specific car and found it at Jenkins in Lakeland, we live in Saint Pete so before driving over there we wanted to make sure the car was everything I wanted and the trade value on my current car was accurate. Jamie worked with us to make everything seamless. He had excellent communication and sent over extensive videos and photos of the car I was looking to purchase. I was extremely impressed when they offered to come in on their day off to help accommodate my schedule. It was a pleasure working with them both and I’m very happy with my new car.
