I was referred to a motorhome battery tech that lied and said I needed $5,000 in new batteries. Was he going to pocket most of the cash? Because the batteries came out to $1500 at best. Scum bag.

We called ahead of time to ensure the battery was available so we drove an hour to get it. When we got there....they told us that they did not have it. Ended up with a different one but not the one we called about. Not the best customer service.

Went here on 11/7/23 for a battery that dates states it was sold to me on 12/2022 with a one year warrant they refused to honor the warranty with no reason the manager just continued to beat around the bush with all these reason he can’t replace it but never could tell me an actual reason why horrible customer service will not buy anything from them

Go to this place. They care. I was walking out the door because O'Reilly's had the same battery for 20 bucks less. Less of a warranty but same battery. Office manager stopped me we verified it was the same battery O'Reilly's had and he matched the price and I got 6 months longer on the warranty. They have my business info ever need batteries again. Thanks guys. You care about the customer and your what you do.

We all hate it when we need a new battery, but good news interstate batteries has taken away the pain and you leave with money in your pocket and a new battery!!

Thought I would have my new battery installed by them, but they sent me some place else for the install, spent 200 dollars and now I have to spend another 200 to get it installed at another place
