Sold some GOLD and a “few” very small diamonds at IDC in Lakeland. Scheduled with Ryan (I think the store manager) and what a great experience!! It is quite laborious… if you decide to sell some gold (it’s at its highest price right now ever!) — IDC gives some of the BEST PRICES IN CENTRAL FL!! And — if you buy jewelry with the money you make from selling the gold — YOU GET EVEN MORE!! We felt very comfortable with Ryan, felt like he was thorough and fair with the jewelry and he was friendly and accommodating! Truly other than going thru ALL the jewelry we brought in (which was all on us!!) it was an amazing experience!! If you have gold and you’re thinking of cashing in — go now and get some money for the holidays!! IDC will take great care of you… especially Ryan @ IDC in Lakeland!!

What a great experience from start to finish. All of the staff were professional and welcoming, yet not overbearing.
I went there to sell some of my old gold pieces that have been sitting around the house for a couple of decades. I scheduled an appointment and met with Ryan to determine the value of my jewelry.
I drove from Apollo Beach, which is approximately a 50 minute drive. Yes, there was another location closer. However, this location has five stars, so my expectations were high. I wanted to be compensated at a fair rate and even joked with Ryan about not wanting to be treated like I was in a pawn shop. I did a little research beforehand and had a $$$$ number in my head. To my delight, Ryan offered me exactly what I wanted. Ryan wrote me a check right then and there. Therefore, I decided to look around the store. They have different price points, so there is something for everyone. Yes, this boss lady ended up buying herself a gift.
I highly recommend this jewelry store for selling and purchasing jewelry. I will be back.

I took my ring to have it cleaned and the prongs built up. Graciela was wonderful and made me feel comfortable about leaving my ring overnight.
She also shared IDC’s company values with me. Their values correspond with mine and these are the types of businesses I want to spend my money in and patronize.
Everyone in the store greeted me warmly and smiled which is a rare thing in this day and age.
Very positive experience and would recommend to others.
