i received a random payment for 100 from the IRS when i reached out to the office to let them know i’m missing a few thousands the receptionist was not helpful at all, beware when you do your taxes here your on your own after there is no helpful anyone that can guide you after you file and pay. your better off going to any accountant.

The managers Mark on 540A did the taxes. He charged for 2 preparations, stated it was correct. It wasn't because of the confusion of filling 2 returns, which cannot be resolved. HR Block does want additional fees, to look into their tax preparations. Meanwhile, IRS is adding additional fees and interest. Now close to $20,000. So think twice before going to H&R Block

0 STARS. They filed our taxes wrong 3 times, it took 7 months for them to figure it out, so incompetent!!! We're still waiting after 6 months on the payment they were supposed to send us for messing everything up, they can only tell us "it's still being processed" and no updates. So infuriating, so frustrating, terrible customer service, it was a nightmare every step of the way.

I transferred here from Texas in 2017. I had to catch up with my 2017, 2020, and now my 2021 taxes. I met your representative Mrs. Patel at the Lakeland office and she has been excellent! I appreciate her expertise and she has earned my trust. I will keep coming to her for future years.
