“Was in town for Girls State Weightlifting Championship. Go Suwannee Bulldogs!Four Time State Championship ? Winners. As a Choice member visiting this location for the first time. I found the room to exceptionally nice and check-in was pretty flawless. The location is in close proximity to a number of restaurants which is a plus. “I was there the week of July 22nd thru July 26th. The staff was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I left several pairs of glasses and they called me and mailed them to me. Never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so accommodating.”

“This hotel is so beautiful and clean with amazing staff at the front desk. The 3 women at the front were so helpful and friendly especially Vernice!!! Her customer service is top notch!
The breakfast bar is 10/10
The pillows were super comfortable as well as the bed. 2 floors had an ice machine on them and a washer and dryer set on the 3rd floor.

The only thing I wish the hotel had was a pool.

The location could be better but it’s not terrible.

“We had a wonderful stay from March 14 to 18. Martin and Rodney at the front desk were super helpful and gave us what we needed when asked for more shower gel and extra bedding. The room had a enough, we just needed a little extra for a friend who struggles to sleep and they were more than accommodating. The breakfast was good and Rose is a very kind person. Things were running low at 930 on Sunday but when asked to provide more waffle batter, milk, and yogurt she did oblige. I would stay here again everyone was nice and the pool was great too.”

“Room and hotel were clean and seem to have been updated and remodeled. The price for the room and area were great so I gave it 4 stars in stead of 3.
I really liked the fact that the beds had bed protectors on them so it added an extra layer of cleanliness.

I did not like how close it was to the highway, but that is my fault for choosing a hotel that is right next to highway 4, but yes it is noisy. If the highway noise doesn't bother you than that's not an issue. There was parking lot lights, super bright LED lights from the La Quinta Inn that were shinning into my room. Its sad that we continue to make things brighter and brighter until no night remains, but any way that's just my thoughts regarding all the light pollution in the area.
I also didn't like the fact that you cant make a waffle and take it back to your room for breakfast ( I witnessed the lady at the lobby stop multiple people taking food back to there rooms). I got stopped heading back to my room with a few yogurts and a fruit for my daughter and wife in the room. I was told that all food must be eaten in the lobby area. This was a first for me. I normally do "breakfast in bed" for my wife and daughter when we go and stay at hotels. Maybe this is a thing in this area and I am not familiar with only being able to eat in the lobby, thus the four stars instead of a 3 star.”

“Service in general was good. Mathew, however, was great. He represents your company greatly. You should be proud that you have an employee strives to ensure customer satisfaction. I was there form storm support after Milton. He understood that the contractors start early and made sure there was coffee and food out. He was the only that did this . Will stay again.

“Bathrooms have black mold in them in sinks & showers. Use bleach or vinegar to kill . Black mold is dangerous. A bit noisy too many people in parking lot @night.

Rooms: Are clean ,but bathrooms need more attention. Staff is the BEST EVER. Especially Camille, afternoon, evening girl . We love her. Day shift is exceptional,wasn't up for night crew. Cleaning staff was great. Prices were a bit high ,but was a holiday. prices could be better,seeing there are a lot of hotels there”
