**update** I was over charged for EV battery charges, contact says $.082 per mile driven which for me equaled $14.19 but they charged me $35. Criminals!Took three cars until they could finally give me a car. Then I had to wait for them to go out and wash it. Meanwhile the other two inside are fighting about another car that needed an oil change and putting it in the right pile, not the rentable pile. Place is a joke! This was a scheduled rental to be clear.

I am happy I didn't go based on their reviews when I needed to rent a car. Why does this place have such bad reviews?I usually don't post any reviews, but this place was wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us right away and gave us the exact car we rented online even though the place was packed with customers the day we arrived and most of the cars were rented out. The man at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and with a smile on his face, trying to help everyone even though the place was very busy. Renting and returning the car was a breeze and the car we used was great. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience!

Nice clean car. Attentive employees. Very friendly and helpful. Nash even gave us a ride back to the dealership after helping us problem solve with the dealership! Definitely will be back if/when another rental car is needed.

I see a lot of bad reviews but when I got my rental and returned it everyone was so kind and helpful. It was easy and they really do take care of you.

This Hertz has a lot of bad reviews and I’m not sure why. This place is fantastic honestly. I picked up my car on a Monday and needed to return it early because my car was in the shop and was ready earlier than we thought it would be. They were understanding and didn’t make a fuss about it. Everyone was so friendly and helped me understand the EV that I rented. Everyone that works here is so sweet, helpful, and eager to get you in and out with no issues. The bad reviews on here are left by people who don’t understand how renting cars works, obviously. Don’t let the bad reviews keep you away, they’re fantastic. Go see Santiago, he’s the best!

Attention pet owners! DO NOT rent from these people! First, the check out process was looong! They are understaffed and they are unapologetic about not being timely. Your time isn’t respected. Period. It took me an hour to get in and out. I turned the vehicle back in today, 8 days later. The guy that checked me back in was rude. And about pet owners….i have 2 German Shepherds and a Siberian Husky. These dogs went nowhere near the car. But I transferred on my clothes a bit of dog hair (as you inevitably do with most dogs) to the driver seat of the car and they charged me $150 cleaning fee!! I guess they thought my dogs were driving the car? They got a $500 deposit from me and I guess the goal was to keep as much of that deposit as they possibly could. Needless to say, I hope the $150 cleaning fee and the rudeness was worth a customer. My car was still not ready from the shop so I went over to Enterprise to rent another car as Hertz went up to $150/day on the Murano I rented. Enterprise had me in the vehicle and leaving the lot inside 15 minutes with no muss, no fuss, and no $500 deposit. I won’t be going back to Hertz. $150 for a few transferred hairs on the driver seat…that’s shady to be complementary in my terms because in my head I’m thinking much worse of you.

Scam Artist!!!!Made a reservation to pick up a small car. Arrived right before my pick up time and then had to wait an hour before finally being helped.Employee then proceeded to tell me they have no cars in the class I reserved, that they were all booked for today. However, they can give me something else, for twice what my reservation was.When I challenged about why did it allow me to make a booking this morning, if they didn’t have anything available… he had no response.So basically, they offer a really low price, for cars that aren’t available, to get you to come in, so they can then up sale to something more expensive… that’s called a scam!

Went in today and got a rental while my truck is being fixed. - While I agree the parking lot is small and entering or exiting can be tight, they are doing the best they can. — Remember the staff has rules and regulations set on them by state and federal law’s and how documents are signed to protect the client and the business best interests is priority.

** update: someone promptly reached out after my review letting me know they would inform the branch. I think someone tried to call but I missed the call. I called again to confirm and it was confirmed to be there. I got there as they were opening up and the staff was great. The car was perfect. I will say they need more help on Saturdays. The guy helping me had to keep answering the phone which I understand. However someone please teach him to say please hold lol. I appreciate them responding to my issue and trying to resolve it.I made the mistake before of making a reservation and expecting the vehicle to be there. So this time I reached out to them directly the day before to ensure the, or even any vehicle would be available. This employee had the nerve to say I'm currently with a customer but as soon as I'm done I can confirm that for you. Ok...why answer the phone? Also how would you confirm anything? You didn't get my name, reservation number, or even a contact number. What is wrong with this company? I guess the bankruptcy a short time ago or the state of their stock prices aren't enough to make them understand they are failing as a company and should try something better.
