“I bought a higher end bandit stump grinder from company wrench over in Lakeland a little over a year ago.I can't stay enough about the staff working there. Rick, Brittany, John, Mike, Tim, Craig and the list goes on. They always answer the phone and they do a good job of stocking parts that are required to keep a piece of equipment like that running. Any downtime has been minimal and you know that they're actually working on it and not giving you the runaround. They understand that you're trying to run a business and make sure to do their utmost when it comes to keeping you out there making money.You hear his horror stories of bad customer service with other companies in the area and that is just not the case here a company wrench. “I recently went to your store to purchase new plumbing fixtures. The employee that helped me in the plumbing department, was a wonderful gentleman by the name of David. He was so knowledgeable and helped my wife and I choose the right plumbing fixtures while giving us product knowledge along the way. He had a pleasant personality and was very witty, which made the whole experience that much better. When I go in, I would love to have him help me with anything I need at Lowe's. “My only reason for a 4 star is because they ha e this guy who wall with a desert type hat that is white but clearly has black mold from his sweat. Somebody needs to tell him to wash that thing. Apart from that, great service and price.”

We were looking for a certain type of Velcro product, & it was about $35. I pulled up my Walmart app & saw it was about $17 for the same product at our local store. Just showed the employee the proof, & they matched it with no problems. We are probably going to start checking the prices of everything now! ?”
