I took my 2012 Audi A7 to have my A/C looked at, he was very friendly and helped me figure out my A/C problem. very helpful and honest. will do business with him again in the near future. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Very professional and does things by the books. A mobile mechanic was able to show up within an hour to fix my problem at a fair price. I will definitely be using this mechanic in the future if needed.

I own a construction business. And didn't have time to drop my vehicle off at a shop to be fixed! Hanleys mobile mechanic came out and replaced my motor mount on a 2018 silverado. He was precise and very professional ! I will be using him again thanks!

I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey in mid March and the car ended up needing a new motor 2 days later. The place I purchased the car from found Hanleys auto and they had agreed to do the warranty work at a lower hourly rate so I wouldn't have to pay anything outside of the deductible. After a week of the car sitting I was told I'd need to purchase a starter before they could "diagnose" what was actually wrong with the car. After this was done, the warranty company told Hanleys they would need to tear down the motor to pinpoint the problem before they'd authorize replacing the engine. Fast forward to now, my car sat in the shop for 4 months without being worked on at all. They never even began to tear down the motor and made numerous verbal promises over the phone stating that it would be started worked on on a certain date and after I'd call the day after the date given I'd get excuses on why they couldn't start it and another promise that it would be done by so and so date. This went on for the past 4 months. I went to get belongings out of the car on 7/2/21 and the owner stated that the warranty company wanted him to tear it down and that he didn't see the point when he could just replace the motor. So the excuses, and putting off the work he would have been paid to do was all because he didn't want to tear down the motor. This company left me without a vehicle for 4 months. The car is still sitting outside of the shop untouched. Avoid at all costs. This is an extremely unprofessional company.Service: Engine repair

So I had to get an interlock for a DUI I recieved in another state. That I'm not proud of but these guys were so helpful and im glad they made this final step for me as painless as possible!!! They were awesome so glad I found them.

Had such a great experience. He came to our home this Saturday evening and installed my wife’s new alternator on our driveway. He was very personable and efficient. His price is fair for the work and knowledge he has and the best part they come to you. 10/10

Left my car with them over a weekend and they solved an issue no other shop in Lakeland took the time to figure out. I would highly recommend anyone to visit these kind people who are professional and communicate the issues very well. I would not recommend this company did a oil change and put on a new fuel pump when none of that was the problem consumer beware!!!!!!

I had called the handlers mobile service to repair my truck they had diagnosed the problem right away and installed a new compressor the compressor went out 3 months after and when I called them they were fast courteous and and ordered the new part and stood up to the guarantee thank you hanley's for a great service and I will highly recommend you to others
