i left my truck there for 2 weeks, they did not diagnose the problem and i had $70 worth of tools stolen from my truck that was left unlocked in his lot. DO NOT GO HERE Scott is not the original owner of Hamlet Automotive and does not do right by his name. Written by a 3 year loyal customer who got screwed over by the owner himself.

This is going to be my only mechanic. Scott was very nice, fair, very knowledgeable, and had my car fixed in the same afternoon at a very reasonable price. He does a lot of the work for people in my park and he came highly recommended. I see why! A little hard to find, but well worth it

I've been to Hamlet twice for repairs on my car, and the pricing is very fair! Both times I actually expected the price to be higher than what it came out to be. Not sure if Scott is the shop manager or the owner, but he is a very nice guy! He's also pretty straight forward, and if he says he'll call you, he actually does. They also seem to get repairs done pretty quickly.

If I could give Hamlet's Automotive 10 stars I would. Scott and his staff deserve far more than 5 stars. We went through 3 mechanics before being referred to Hamlet's. Scott turned an awful situation into a blessing. We were told by a very reputable mechanic in Lakeland that our vehicle was not repairable. Scott's knowledge and desire to help others got our family back on the road. If you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic shop this is the place.

Great shop! Hamlet was recommended to me by a coworker. Fix my son's vehicle in a timely manner and did not try to rake us over the coal with the price. He will be my mechanic from now on.
