“I'm a frequent shopper here and the store is always neatly organized and everyone is incredibly kind. Mistakes have happened in the deli and bakery but they are happy to fix anything and really go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction!”

“Stopped there while visiting my parents in Lakeland. My mom said Publix makes sandwiches to order. It was lunchtime so we had to wait about 10 minutes. The 2 sandwich makers were busy also making online orders. They were courteous. Sandwiches were delicious and did not disappoint!! The place was bustling. They also offered other prepared foods that looked tasty. I'd go back for a quick bite!!”

“I came in today, and Will, sweet young man Will, was so kind. He saw me struggling because I wasn't planning to grab so many things, and by the time I was done, my hands were full and struggling. Will saw me struggling, and we were in the back towards the detergent area, and he went above and beyond to help grab me a cart. God blessed you, sweetie. He needs a raise because he really didn't have to help a struggling customer out, but he did out of the kindness of his heart. I hope you guys keep him around long. I would most definitely come back to this publix whenever we're back in FL again ❤️ ”

“I'm loving the pharmacy being up front instead of way in the back. I have to get used of the staff. I knew my other Publix friends for years. They knew my character. ? Finding product will take time, it's only been a little under a month.
Update: Things are much better after a year. I'm not too fond of self check out. Maybe if I were a little younger. I'm still not a big fan of waiting in line,but I'm getting there. ???”

“A recent visit to our local Publix prompted me to take the time and write in a survey. My husband and I were coming in from a long trip and stopped by our local Publix for some deli sandwiches. I am vegan so I do refrain from meats and dairy and the falafel wrap tends to be my only options. However the past few times my husband and I ask for the falafel we are told no. No option is given by the associates just a simple we can’t do that. Now imagine how frustrated I got when the option that was presented to my husband was… no. He gets to eat but because of my food restrictions, I can’t. My husband engaged with the store manager, Chris and he not only set the correct expectations but over delivered. He took in the feedback from us and offered to make us the sandwich at no cost for our experience. This was the first time we were greeted with such valuable service versus the past. Chris was incredibly gracious, kind, professional, and knew how to offer options for his customers to make shopping at Publix a pleasure. Thank you Chris for your generosity and understanding, sincerely a hungry vegan.”

“Stopped here to check my trunk because I kept hearing noises only to find out it was home to number of frogs! Disgusted I sought help and found a wonderful brave man named Gino. I explained to him the situation and he kindly came to remove the frogs and placed them in the bush. What a hero! He was joined by another man who was also lovely but I didn’t catch his name. PROMOTE THESE MEN. They were so kind. Oh and the store itself is lovely and clean.”

“I like going to this Winn Dixie they always have BOGO sells going on with pretty much every item you need. They also are the only grocery store around that sell brown sugar ham freshly sliced right in front of you and my favorite little snack cakes by little Debbie which is the snickerdoodle creme pies ( like a party in your mouth check em out) . The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful!”

“Everyone was so friendly — deli, bakery, cashier, bagger. Sean, specifically, was so nice. He saw my son crying and stopped to talk to him and give him a sticker to cheer him up. Great customer service!”
