I drive 45 minutes to bring my dry cleaning to Southside. They are the best. They have a luxury vibe that I don’t feel from any other dry cleaners. Pros all the way!

Did such an amazing job on cleaning and preserving my wedding dress and veil. They were so nice and quick turn around. They were fairly reasonably priced as well. They boxed it up perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone with a wedding dress that they would like having an upcoming wedding.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They are grossly overpriced and after spending over $40 to have a dress dry cleaned it was returned with some sort of stains on the front of it (picture attached). When I demanded a refund, they refused. I am highly disappointed with this establishment. The dress was only worn once and was not stained when I brought it to them. I expected the cost to be around $15 at most (which is still a lot for dry cleaning in my opinion) and can’t believe they charge over twice as much. It does not have embellishments or anything fancy, it’s not silk, it’s not even “dry clean only”. Patsy is extremely rude and passive aggressive. They are slow and charge extra for clothes to be ready the next day, they don’t even offer same day services like other places do. Take your clothes and money elsewhere, I’ll be trying regal cleaners and other local cleaners next time. Hopefully they go out of business for terrible customer service!

Staff goes home before 12 on Fridays so don’t bother. So glad Google isn’t updated on their hours. Brite Wash is much less expensive and they don’t go home early. Super happy with my interaction with them. They’ll get a great review! Renee, the owner and her friend, Arley did an amazing job!
It’s not my wedding. I just asked for help. You obviously don’t listen. And your customer service is awful so I’m glad I didn’t waste my money. When hours say till 6 and you send your people home at noon, that isn’t a good business tactic. I got it done so I think I did quite well. Lol
