The place looks like a nice place to live and it's not really in a bad area. The problem I had was that I was reached out by the apartment that booked me an appointment for an agent-led tour on Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. This person reached out to me at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday regarding the confirmation of the appointment. But after getting here to the leasing Center, I was told that my appointment was not in the system. So I was not able to do an agent led tour on the apartments.
How is it possible that 2 hours after confirming the appointment, it results that the appointment was never made? There was at least 8 emails between me and them in the last 48 hours. I drove one hour during traffic and weather just to be left with the same information that's on their website plus the new prices of the available apartments. I am pretty sure the apartment is not a bad place to live in, but I will be unable to know that due to their bad organization/communication.
To clarify: the person that attended was nice about the situation. Did not offer any solution to the issue and made it seem as just a small mistake but was not rude and at least gave me some information. I understand the issue comes from the leasing agent communication with the person on duty that day.

Louie was an amazing host, told him the adorable dog greeting me as I entered automatically gave you guys a 5 star! Unfortunately the 1 bdrm appt seemed much smaller than I expected for 710sq ft and the 2 bd/1ba which may come available soon is not affordable for me. Either way I am thankful for your time and hospitality today! Place seems clean and quiet and it is a Saturday so normally weekends are good to see if a place is crazy but it wasn't. Thank You again for your time.

The new management has no interest in the employees or residents, they never answer phone calls, they increase the rents without any consideration regardless of whether you have lived there for a few or many years, they are only interested in receiving the money and do not make improvements to the property, it is not a very safe place, there have been several robberies and attacks on residents. There is no place to complain about the rudeness of the manager and the fear that her employees have of her. The facilities are old and you do not get any added value for renting or renewing contracts. The air conditioning units are at least 30 years old and the electricity bills reach 300 dollars a month.

Staff is not very professional and apartment has a lot of cloggings issues and fungus. It is your choice at the end of the day, but you get what you pay for!

My husband and I were in search for a new apartment and Louie was most helpful. He was a pleasure to work with, responded to my emails and phone calls swiftly which we appreciated. We ended up going with another complex closer to my husbands job, but was very pleased with the grounds, the apartment, and the staff here.
