We set up to rent a uhual, uhaul called and confirmed, Fountain RV simply had to set up the mobile pickup but failed to do so. Wasted an hour+ of my time. I had to sit on hold forever with uhual and use a completely different place. Do not rent from them.

Don't let your friends... really, don't.
I came around the front of my coach to find the new Service Manager bent over and prying in my radiator bay. He backed away pronto and put his hands in his pockets looking kinda funny. I was suspicious so after he left I looked in the radiator bay but did see a problem. When we headed north for summer travelling the Chasis AC did not cool. A mechanic up north found a hole cut in my AC Condenser and asked me if I had any enemies because he was certain it was deliberately damaged. He was willing to say so in his invoice. Bingo, light switch, why didn't I look closer when I caught the Service Manager prying where he had no business. The cut was just out of clear view and could only have been made with a sharp object from the angle I observed the Service Manager prying - see pics.
I think that the incident occurred on the day I picked up my bus after 4 or more return trips to get my awning installation correct. It had been miss wired, then they thought the pistons were spec'd wrong, and finally they figured out that they had not installed the rubber springs that initiate extension of the awning.
Its possible that this is a one time event as I had overheard the Service Manager quote more than $2,000 to install a serpentine belt for some poor sod and I had to open my mouth. Like I was supposed to sit there and be part of that. I mean I thought the poor guy was going to cry. So the Service Manager may have been paying me back for speaking up.
Whatever the motivation, they have refused to pay without really saying no. They said that they will decide whether to pay if, among other things, I turn over the damaged condenser to them. At least I have something to chuckle about.

They rent U-Haul vehicles. Office personnel where nice. My issue is with U-Haul. Black ants, alot, were in truck cab. Price per mile OMG! IF I HAD NOT BEEN DESPERATE I WOULD NOT HAVE RENTED FROM YOU... U-HAUL

We put a 1,000.00 deposit down on a recreational vehicle to a total sum 11,577.88. We have not paid the remaining balance of 10,577.88 as we requested (still have buyers order, all emails). The tires are expired by the Department of Transportation stamp of 2015. The tires are nearly a decade old, and as a semi-retired tow truck operator! I know they are a direct violation of D.O.T. regulations! Making them a liability of life risk should they hit the road. I will not make that commitment, and requested a refund of our deposit! Mark E. Is the incompetent onwer/sales representative! We are still waiting for it, and I am praying that this begins the demise of yet another unscrupulous Polk County Corrupted Practice! They certainly could care less if they kill us, or anyone else! May they burn in "what's that Lassie, Timmy fell in a well"....

All work was done on time and they reviewed every detail with me. I would recommend Fountain RV to anyone who needs repairs or modifications. They are a very knowledgeable company.

They are robbers by far the best place to get taken big time.Was charged $2700.00 for diagnostiques and said I would get refunded when the warranty would pay, but then I was told that the money was all used upIn time and will not get refunded .

Ideal rv treated me great when I went to buy a toy hauler. Made sure I knew everything that was going on with the toy hauler, and better yet gave me the price I wanted even met me after hours to meet my schedule. Would recommend

PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
The owner of Fountain RV is a common thief. You will get a price for work to be done, when you come back to pick up your vehicle it's double the price. Please stay away at all cost. Please tell all your friends so they don't have to go threw what I did. We work to hard to be ripped off and taken advantage of.
